With 3 bathrooms offering amenities like a jetted bathtub and shower, guests will feel pampered during their stay. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Gilford. This 4BR 3 Full bath home will help you and your families create a lifetime of memories. The house sits across the street from the lake with incredible views. Centrally located to incredible hiking trails, Ellacoya state park, small private beach, walk to the Bank of NH Pavillion, access to a day dock and so much more. It comes with a side suite that has its own sitting area with sink, refrigerator, bedroom and bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor sitting area to read a book or make s'more's at the fire pit. Its a 10 minute ride to the famous Weirs Beach Boulevard to enjoy the restaurants, bars and shopping. You have a full functioning kitchen to eat in every meal with all the amenities of home. If you prefer to eat out you can walk to 3 of the area's best restaurants, The Breeze restaurant, Patrick's Pub, and Sawyers Ice cream or just a 4min drive. Access to a grill winter or summer. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. If skiing is in your wheelhouse, then this is the place to be. We are from the Boston area, and love to travel. We always stay in houses when we travel as we have a big family with 4 kids, and most of the time they bring friends. We love to attend our kids activities from sports to recitals. We've had great experiences with our rentals and want to do the same to all of our guests.

The property is on the private peninsula of Varney point. The house comes with 4BR 3 full baths. The master is a king size bed with master bath. On the other side of the house, it comes with a in-law suite. with full bath and sitting area with microwave and fridge. One of the other common bedrooms come with a queen size bed and the other comes with a bunkbed. Livingroom is large and open to the dining room and kitchen. The front porch which faces the lake has a great relaxing sitting area enough for 10 people.

Honestly its just the location and the house is centrally located in the heart of Lake Winnipesaukee. There are many restaurants just minutes from the location and some just walking distance. The Bank of New Hampshire Pavillion is also in walking distance. About 20/25 mins. The Laconia Airport is also just a 5min ride. You can also access the lake in just a 1 min walk from the house. You can also access Gilford beach in just a 10min walk. Ellacoya state park is just a 4 min drive from the house. Gunstock Mountain is just a 10min ride. There are so many activities so close to this house, it really is a great location to enjoy this great area.
