Incredible Home w/ loads of space to spread out. Features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, grand entrance, private office w/ double doors, formal dining room, enormous kitchen flowing into spacious living area w/ windows looking out across pool/spa and patio/garden area. Ping Pong and Cornhole set up in the garage. Spa heated between 630-1030 every night. Upstairs features a spacious game-room area with 2 bunks w/ 4 twin beds, Full lux bathroom, foosball table, game table, couch/loveseat and 65" Smart TV. Separate Room upstairs set up with XBOX ONE gaming system & games, chairs. Yet another Room set up as a YOGA Studio with Mirrors, fan, TV w/ Yoga DVD's and Yoga Mats. We are right across the street from a gorgeous park with walking trails & lake. Just 2 blocks away from a grocery w/ Starbucks and less than 1 mile from the local YMCA where you can get in a workout if you wish. Dozens of Restaurants in our area to try and very convenient to I30 for access to downtown or other areas of Dallas. Come and stay a while! Everything was just as listed and the convenient location was the best. The hosts were readily accessible and this was a perfect place for family gathering and lots of rest and relaxation. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! It was perfect for our family. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything. A few minor issues came up during our visit, but they were addressed and resolved promptly, which we really appreciated. Host were professional. respectful, responsive, customer service oriented. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been having the hot tub heated in the mornings and earlier in the evenings, especially during the cooler spring temperatures we experienced during our stay. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our time here, making core family memories. If we are all back in the area a in the future we the would definitely stay again.

My wife and I live in Rockwall/Heath and love the area! We purchased this home to provide a place for travelers to meet up with family/friends, celebrate milestones and special occasions and relax. We have 2 boys who love nature and exploring and who love the area and all it has to offer. Enjoy great dining, the lake, trails, shops and lots of other entertaining attractions. My wife and I are both Engineers from Texas A&M University

We think you'll love the property for so many reasons. It's a great spot right across the street from a gorgeous park with hiking trails, lake, the local YMCA and downtown Rockwall where there are lots of amazing shops, restaurants and entertainment. We have a fantastic pool, spa and a great layout in the home with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and tons of room to spread out. Very private neighborhood great for walking or enjoying time with family.
