The only plus to this house is the location which is why we decided to stay here. The house itself is old, dated and in need of a lot of work. It was like a comedy of errors of what was going to break or not work next during our stay. One shower was unusable because it didn’t drain at all. The clogged drain let off a terrible sewage smell in that bedroom. Another shower had a leaky faucet which ran all day and night. The dishwasher had a leak at the water valve so we couldn’t use it. Management sent someone who supposedly fixed it but upon our return to the house it was still leaking. The windows don’t work at all and some of them are stuck open a crack and there’s no way to close them (luckily it didn’t rain while we were there). Management was responsive but most of these things are basic maintenance issues that should be resolved BEFORE someone arrives.

Beautiful home and fabulous location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Just a couple of suggestions: there were no bathmats in any of the bathrooms and no mirrors in the bedrooms except for the master bedroom. Lastly, a couple of lamps in the tv room would add just the right amount of lighting. These are not criticisms; just suggestions to make this fabulous home even more fabulous.Thanks so much.

Great Stay!

Property was just as advertised! The place was clean, well stocked, beds were comfortable. The pool area was wonderful! The communication with the property manager was excellent. The microwave started smoking, sent a message and had a microwave on the doorstep the next morning! We would stay here again!

Overall, very nice, spacious house with a sizable pool. The only issue I can recall was lawn mowing at 7:56am waking everyone up and not being able to open a window downstairs.

The only issue was lack of information on site about the property and systems. We didn't have WiFi information when we arrived until the next day. Additionally we could never figure out the pool lighting or pool heater.

Girls weekend

We had 8 girls for the weekend the space was perfect! The courtesy check in 2 hours early was a huge bonus as we flew in for 11am. The clean up list before we checked out was simple and easy. If we ever go back to west palm beach we will be looking to rent this place again!

Four Generations

We rented this home to be near to our son and his family. My parents (in their 90's) were very comfortable as were we. The property is sparkling clean and the street is very quiet. Don't miss the almost concealed path to Flagler!

Fabulous Florida house

Truly an oasis!

The perfect family vacation spot. Very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. Great AC to get out of the heat. Plenty of room for the whole family. The backyard is amazing, pool, bbq area, lounge by the pool and the best part local wildlife! Highly recommended!

Incredible Retreat

My parents, kids and friends enjoyed an amazing getaway to West Palm Beach for Spring Break. Despite record breaking rain and wind during our stay, the home and our hosts could not have been more perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool during the breaks in the rain. We all enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and had two wonderful family dinners at home. Our hosts were so responsive and helped us figure out a light situation very quickly and even delivered delicious baked goods from a local bakery when they were not able to fix a drain in one of the bathrooms (very small inconvenience because two other bathrooms that were easily used). Finally, the location is perfect. Very close to Palm Beach but in a secluded and quiet part of West Palm Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
