Located on the 5th floor pool deck. Parking is under building and stairs can be used if you don't prefer an elevator.

King Master with balcony facing pool and ocean, Queen in 2nd Bedroom. Full triple bunk bed for total of 75 lb each child on top, 150 lb in middle and 200 lb on bottom bunk. Sleeps 4 adults plus up to 2-6 small children on bunks, NO sleeper. We do have a pack and play, bring cleaner and sheets or blankets if you plan to use for a baby.

No animals or smokers. $1000. Fine. All our guest deserve a clean fresh smelling condo.

Normally weekly rentals in prime season and holidays. Each guest name to be registered. Some dates can be changed if looking for less days.
Sunrise Beach vehicle registration is $40.00 per car. Plus cc fee.
NEW Snack Bar opened end of May 2023 on the 5th floor. The Soggy Dollar.

Our grandkids loved being on the pool deck. No elevator needed to run back to the room for a sandwich or soda. No glass is allowed on the pool deck, so we have plastic dishes and cups for our guest. It was also great to hand snacks over the balcony without having to use elevator.

A mile to Pier Park. Walk to Moe's BBQ across street. Sharky's, Senor Frog's, Runaway Island, Funland and much more are all within walking distance.

We have owned property in PCB since 1980's and rented condos on the beach since 2000. We sold all our properties by 2020 and missed the beach so much we purchased again at Sunrise Beach Resort on January 3, 2022. We have really enjoyed how convenient our condo is to the pool deck. We can walk around the corner and enjoy a chaise lounge or go for a swim or soak in the hot tub. There are even extra restrooms around the corner and the gym.

The thermostat is a Nest. We are new to using the Nest, but ask you to only turn outer ring to adjust temperature. It will be set on cool in the summer and our guest can set on a comfortable temperature. We can adjust mode from our phone if you accidentally change the mode, just call us. We also require entry door and sliding glass doors be kept shut at all times to keep AC working properly and humidity out of condo. We have been at condo many times and the AC works great.
