Marisol 501 has the most gorgeous view!! I loved having all the blinds open all day so that I could get the full view any time I walked into the living room. We had a wonderful time and it was well worth it.

Would’ve given 5 stars all around but it would’ve been hard to sleep 10, and the pullout couch sleeper was coming undone at the right foot. Otherwise it was an excellent stay! Great access to beach!

Great view, easy access, good decor

The range was not working properly when we arrived and had issues on and off while we were there, other than that and the sliding door not being easy to open and close the place was excellent. The view was wonderful, it was easy to get in and out of and we all had a wonderful time.

Florida trip 2023

Condo was not cleaned when we got there..was greeted at door by cleaning supervisor..she stated cleaning crew hasnt been there yet..come back in 20 mins..came back and still not there...came back at 4.30 and they just got there..said 45 mins till it would be ready..got in condo at 5.20....a guy from realjoy realtors showed up next day with bottle of tequila and margarita mixes..was very thoughtful of them..dont drink but was a nice gesture!! Cleaning crew could not speak english so no communication when we was trying to get in condo..she just kept laughing in my face...if i was to leave the condo at check out 1 and 1/2 hrs late,( like my check in was) i belive you guys would have charged my card!! Ive been coming to PCB for over 40 yrs,this was a first time ever dealing with this!!.Sliding door to balcony you cant hardly get open..so hard to open it we had to use doors from master bedroom...

Pros and cons

Pros: *Location was awesome. Smaller condo resulted in easy access to elevators, convenient parking, less busy beach and fairly quiet. *Our condo was beautifully decorated and the view was lovely. Cons: *We didn’t receive our check in codes or any information as promised. I had to scramble calling and texting and didn’t hear anything until 1/2 hour after check in time. Very frustrating. *The condo could have been cleaned better. The carpet was fairly dirty and there were fingerprints on the dishes in the cupboards. It wasn’t gross, but didn’t feel as clean as it should. *There were absolutely no cleaning supplies available to use during the week. The vacuum was broken and there wasn’t even any dish cloths to use. We had to use wash cloths from the bathroom. It would have been nice to have some cleaning spray to touch up during the week, and a vacuum to use to get rid of the sand as needed. *Wish there was an extra set of bedding in the bedrooms, or at least sheets. Overall, we really liked this condo. Simply needed to be stocked a little better and it would have been nice to receive better communication ahead of time.

We are happy to know that you enjoyed the awesome location of this property, convenient parking, less busy beach, and easy access to the elevators. Please accept our apology for any inconvenience or frustration caused during check-in. An email is normally sent on the day of arrival at 2:00 p.m., which provides door codes, gate codes, parking information, etc. As mentioned in the rental agreement, housekeeping provides a limited amount (starters) of such items as paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, and toilet paper. Guests must provide any additional items needed for/during their stay. We would have been more than happy to send someone to reclean and bring more linens had we been made aware during your stay. We hope your refund for the unused parking pass has been received. Thank you for your patience and for choosing Real Joy.

Amazing Room!!

This room is really nice! Overall it was very spacious. Our only complaints were we noticed there was a 110 pound weight limit for the top bunk of the bunk bed, so we didn’t feel comfortable using, which left us short a bed. The washer smelled really bad and is in need of a deep clean. We loved the location! Very close to a lot of shops and dining. The beach was a bit more crowded than we thought it would be. We really liked having our own designated parking spot, and the lot across the street is very close. When we arrived the wifi wasn’t working and they were quick to get it fixed for us. The room with the bunk beds did not have a fan and got really hot. I would suggest bringing a fan. The tv in that room was super small as well. I was also disappointed in the lack of mirrors around the place - definitely bring a mirror! We had 7 adults in the room and the only usable mirrors are in the 2 bathrooms, so we had to get ready in between everyone taking showers and using the restroom. Overall the room was very nice, clean, and everything was updated. Definitely recommend staying here if you don’t mind a crowded beach!

Loved the place!

Loved the Condo! Was clean and homey with lots of space! Beautiful view! We had a late check in because of our flight and our only issue was not realizing we needed a property code to get in and not just the room code. With all the emails received from Everyone, Airlines, VBRO, etc. we missed that one and it was raining when we arrived. Just a little more of the pertinent information before arriving or a phone number to ask someone if we had any issues when we arrived would have been nice. Overall, We loved our stay! Thank you!

Beautiful condo with great views

We loved that this condo was smaller than most on the beach. It was very easy to get in and out and never had to wait for an elevator. Best Beach Getaways called us before the check in time and allowed us in early. I can't say enough how great our vacation was. It rained one day so we went to Wonder Works and enjoying lounging around in the condo. Its a lot bigger than the pics make it look. The condo was very clean and stocked with alot of dishes.

Excellent location and property

We stayed long term in the unit and loved it! Very comfortable furnishings, very quiet, great parking, and what a location! The complex is well maintained and small enough where there are no waits for the elevator, no lines, etc. Security is provided and they are very good at patrolling, helping, and keeping the premises secure. The balcony view from the 5th floor is not too high nor too low, just perfect!. We had no problems dealing with Jim and he was very responsive to any items we requested. We highly recommend this unit when compared to others in Marisol and Panama City Beach!
