The 1-bedroom provides a modern, stylish look and feel with a custom-built-in queen-size murphy bed, built-in shelves, and workspace. The updated bathroom offers a handheld, seven-position rainfall showerhead and skylight for lots of natural light.

This is a residential building with two other occupied units. Guests must be mindful of other residents during their stay. The apartment is in the city; if guests are sensitive to noise, or the hustle and bustle of city living, this may not be the right place for you.

The space can accommodate up to four people. However, if you`d like to book more than two guests, please expect to pay $35/per person per night.

As a reminder, the loft is equipped with a Google Nest. This allows guests to turn on lights, play music on the speaker, control the thermostat, and even turn on and off candle warmers with just their voice!

The Google receptor is located beneath the window in the living room. Say `Hey Google` to wake it up and tell it your request. For example,

`Hey Google, play Rihanna` or `Hey Google, turn on the lights` or `Hey Google, turn up the heat to 72.`

Please note that when raising the heat, it`ll take about 20 min to reach the required temperature.
