This modern and contemporary unit inside one of Baltimore’s historic row homes (built 1850) features tall ceilings and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Apartment includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, one bedroom with office space, living room with HD TV and sofa bed, and a washer/dryer in unit. A bike is also available for use!

Great place.

It was very nice. Well kept, easy in and out. So much better than a hotel stay. I was able to bring my own meals and not have to wander around a city I don't know.I would stay here again.

Lovely and easy

Sweet little historic place in Baltimore. Not super close to anything but easy to get everywhere. Gorgeous, updated interiors. Perfect for a college visit with my daughter.

It's a ground-floor apartment of a small building--a compact space with a bedroom, a tiny kitchen, a renovated bathroom, and a small but comfortable living room with a couch, easy chair, and a small table and chairs. The TV still had a previous guest's Netflix, so that was a nice bonus. A friend and I shared the apartment--I stayed on the couch, she said the bed was comfortable. Not a lot of privacy, but we didn't need it. It was clean and well equipped (though we didn't use the kitchen, so can't speak to that). When I couldn't find sheets for the couch I asked the host and he responded right away with where I could find them. All in all a happy stay.

The property is in a basement. It looked clean at first impression. The bathroom was clean and the bedding was clean also. There was one hideaway bed under a sofa bed that had rodent droppings. There were also some small bugs in a blue blanket. Dane was nice - and I believe the rodent dropout may have been a surprise for him.

Hi James. We think you got your stays confused. Our property isn’t in a basement and we certainly don’t have rodent issues. Our name is also not Dane. Can you remove this remove so as not to harm our rating or scare other guests looking for a great stay (which we certainly provide). This stay is the historic row home in Baltimore.

This is a good downtown location just north of Fells Point & very close to Harbor East. The parking is street parking. There is no assigned parking. We had no problem finding parking outside of the apartment for the 3 nights we stayed.Very clean, small apartment with full kitchen. The technology for WiFi, door entrances, charging, temperature, TV/Movies were excellent.
