Our place is humble and cozy — not fancy, with some small cosmetic imperfections, but clean, comfortable and great value for the price. If you’re looking for a straightforward place to rest after exploring, you’ll feel right at home!

By booking, guests acknowledge and accept all house rules in our listing.

We don’t allow pets or smoking, even outside the house. We have security cameras at the front/back doors, will cancel your reservation with no refund if disrespected and eviction by local authorities.

> Resort Clubhouse has FREE heated pools and waterpark. It’s a 10min walk from the house, parking may be crowded during weekends and holidays.

> Private house pool heating is $40/day + tax (13.5%) for the ENTIRE STAY (Pool Heating stays on for the length of your reservation, please DO NOT insist in just one or fewer days).

Heater Machine is on 24h and temperature is set between 82 F to 86 F degrees.

Please note the pool gets WARM, and it's not super hot like a hot tub or jacuzzi. The pool heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function when weather is near freezing temperatures or after heavy rains.

> BBQ use: $50 for entire stay (covers cleaning and wear and tear, propane not included)

Kindly inform us if you want the pool heating or BBQ use so we can send you a payment request after you complete your booking.

>> We provide a starter kit ONLY with clean linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. This is a self-catering house, please be prepared to bring or stop by the supermarkets nearby and buy cleaning or personal hygiene items.

>> Extra cleaning, towels and supplies replacement during your stay is available at an extra charge.

>> By booking, guests fully acknowledge and accept that the property has stairs and a BBQ in the pool area NOT equipped with child safety features, adults are fully responsible for supervising minors AT ALL TIMES during their stay. We’re NOT liable or responsible for accidents or injuries.

>> Pack n Play is available for free at the downstairs bedroom’s closet, please use spare linen in the closet to cover it if necessary.

>> Please avoid bathing at the same time in all the 3 bathrooms, unfortunately all the houses in this community faces the same issue, water heater tanks are limited and water takes some time to get hot again if heavily used.

>> There’s smell scents throughout the house power plugs, pls feel free to turn it off or keep it under the bathrooms sinks if you’re alergic or if smell is strong.

>> Kayak rentals available at extra cost at the resort clubhouse.

>> House pool cleaning is once a week, please leave back screen door unlocked, expect the pool guy to access it and service pool for a couple minutes while guests are in the house.

>> We have security cameras covering the front and back screen door outside the house. Do not bring more guests than house capacity or touch pool equipment as fines and eviction by local authorities can incur.
