Stylish Boho Style guest suite with private access and a pool is a paradise location for guests looking for a relaxing spot but super close to the beach. Only 7 minute drive to beautiful white sand beach! We are located on West Bay. This rental is guest suite only, not entire house. The owner lives on property. The area is mostly local and is perfect for guests who are not interested to deal with loud noises and traffic and cars of “overpopulated” beach area and came to relax. We are a short drive to the beach and surrounded by serenity of the water and complete privacy from beach tourists.

Great Vacation Home

I went with my boyfriend and a couple of friends and it was a great size for the 4 of us. The location was beautifully decorated, the backyard was my personal favorite! The only reason why I gave it a 4 and not a 5 was because of the location of this property.

Relaxing

We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we were looking for and exactly what we needed. The guest house was clean. It had everything we needed. The area was quiet and it was between 10 and 30 minutes to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Boho Beauty

Marina was an incredibly kind and responsive host. She has truly cultivated something beautiful at her property. We enjoyed countless hours in the pool and felt like we found a slice of paradise. An oasis tucked away from most of the hustle and bustle of PCB, but within driving distance if you’re looking to get out. She provided wonderful recommendations for our trip as well. We can’t wait for our next stay.

Beach house bungalow

The location is close enough to all the attractions, but gets you away from the noise of the city. It’s amazing to listen to the frogs and wildlife while lounging in the pool. The beach house has all the amenities and the host answered all my questions through text. This was our honeymoon and we would consider coming back again next year. We felt safe with the property being well lighted at night with security cameras front and back.

Disappointing Stay

Marina has a photogenic space filled with neutral tones and texture. If you like scents she has stick diffusers throughout and perfumed soaps. The space was well stocked with coffee/tea and paper products. The photos are so beautiful, we could not help but imagine the home in a beautiful neighborhood, well maintained, with luxurious bedding...not the case. We did not use the pool at all. I did not notice before booking that there is no natural light in the space except for the entrance which is in the bedroom; along with the low ceilings it felt claustrophobic to me. There are 2 steps up to the bathroom, and inconvenient light switches make for a difficult overnight trip to the bathroom. The listing says "complete privacy" but I was surprised to find there were at least 3 exterior cameras covering the outdoor spaces. The mattress/pillows didn't have any substantial covers on them and when we stripped the bed per checkout instructions, we found the mattress was stained.

Tolli, It’s so sad that you choose to criticize my guesthouse. I love my house and my guest house is so important and dear to me. I am a designer and I am very particular about details more then anybody else. All my guests love the experience. Ceiling hight is 9 feet and is above your average 8. Being in the guest house at such low price and enjoying entire pool and yard is a privilege to stay at my beautiful villa. A step into the bathroom, light switch and ceilings? Are you in the market to buy? We do not have a requirement in my post stay to take off sheets off the bed. I have amazing cleaner that does that. And trust me we do not have stains on the mattress cover because it washed every time. If you saw one that means it came from you. I have outdoor pillows, curtains in my cabanas, all fire pits stocked with gas and wood, bug sprays, sun blocks and fancy coffee stocked up! Even slippers and bathrobe. So you tell me how someone be unhappy to visit beautiful custom design home like that? You mentioned that you own rental as well. Maybe you are bitter because yours is not doing well? Maybe you are bitter and miserable because you have to take care of your relative and have no time for yourself? If so, please be more appreciative to others and their hard work and business and do not trash good things that come your way and your life will start to become better. Otherwise if everybody will be bitter like you what’s the purpose of living if you do not enjoy it.

Beautiful

We came here for our honeymoon night and may I say this is the most beautiful place in Panama city Beach. The only thing I would say could have been better is probably if they put a machine outside for mosquitoes like a zapper. But other than that beautiful place. Marina replied always withing minutes and was always very kind and understanding. If we had any questions she always took the time time answer. Thank you marina. Your awesome.
