This newly remodeled single family home is just a 5-7 minute drive to many beaches and is just a five minute drive to the cape cod inflatable water park! Close to many restaurants like Captain Parkers and Longfellows pub as well as many other tourist attractions. Several golf courses are within five miles. We have three bedrooms, two full baths, living room, dining room, full kitchen with everything you need including a regular coffee pot, as well as a Keurig! Washer and dryer. Smart TV in two of the bedrooms and in the living room. Newly remodeled in 2022! Come stay with us!
Located in a nice and quiet neighborhood - this is a MUST SEE!! Tons of updates include the master bed on-suite and new Kitchen remodel! Fenced in yard with deck and grilling area! We also have a fire pit for roasting marshmallows! Foosball and ping pong and basketball games in large garage! Kids bunk room includes a few books and games! Come enjoy all Cape Cod has to offer! We have many repeat family guests! Be sure to sign our guest book! This home as FREE Wifi and Cable and 2 Smart TV sets! Our guests always return! The house is currently set up to sleep 7 quests - We can add a twin bed into the Bunk Room to accommodate the 8th guest with advance notice and a fee of $75.

Last-minute Cape vacation

Fortunate enough to have found this location available last-minute for a short family vacation. Location was great, central to everything n the Cape. Beaches, stores, and restaurants were close. Hosts were super responsive to any questions we had. Check-in and -out was super easy. Kids had a blast with the gameroom. Would definitely book again in the future. Thanks!

Great place to stay on Cape Cod.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay here again should we come back to Cape Cod. Location dn neighborhood was lovely and central to everything. Our host was very thoughtful and communicative with our questions.

Comfortable

My family had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. The house was perfect for the six of us. It was cozy, clean and the beds were very comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. My adult kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and basketball game in the garage and I enjoyed eating dinner with my family on the deck. Check in process was easy too. Definitely would recommend. Nice place to stay!! Will be back.

Once again, a wonderful experience

This is the second year that we stayed at this house. The location is convenient to stores, restaurants and getting to beaches, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the family to enjoy the week.

Wonderful week

We had a wonderful stay for our family. The house is comfortable, well located and really made our vacation. The kitchen has most of what you need and the house is located close to a big grocery store. The back porch was comfortable to sit on. At night, the lighting in the bedrooms is dim but there’s a lot of sunlight in the day.

We enjoyed our stay. House was lovely, clean and great amenities. Great to be able to come back to a comfortable place after a long day. Mary Lynn was very helpful and welcoming. Loved the game area, the laundry room and the back deck. There was something for all family members and we were all so pleased and look forward to going back.

This place was perfect for our overnight with family. Clean, near where we needed to be, comfortable. The host was superb, very easy and quick to communicate with! All around awesome experience for our first VRBO. Would recommend and would stay again if we needed to.

Wonderful home

This is a wonderful property in a peaceful neighborhood. The description is very accurate and the home was even more beautiful than the photos! Our host was very accommodating and quickly got back to us with any questions. The home was very comfortable and immaculately clean! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely book this home again!

Cozy Comfort in Cape Cod

We got an immediate sense of peace and tranquility when we walked into the residence. Decor is tasteful Cape Cod … lots of blues. Very comfortable furniture, fully stocked kitchen. Mary Lynn was great to work with! We would definitely return.

Great girls trip location

Great place to stay in the Cape, especially for our Girls Trip. Pretty central to a lot of places. Wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the area and the house. Bummed we couldn't use the firepit because the weather didn't cooperate. Mary Linn was easy to work with and very informative.

Can't say enough about our short stay! House was equipped with everything you need plus! Immaculate! Beds were so comfy sheets were so soft. our only complaint was we didn't get to stay longer and the weather was very cold and rainy so why do you have to go we really didn't get to use the fire pit or the deck much. We will definitely be back and make her stay for a longer period of time to relax in this cozy house!

We were pleased with the location of the house as it was central to all of Cape Cod. The home was as described on the listing. We enjoyed the firepit a couple of evenings. We stayed for 2 weeks. It would be great if some basic cleaning supplies were available for longer stay guests like a degreaser for the stove and kitchen counters or toilet bowl cleaners. Kitchen utensils could be upgraded. For instance, there were 2 1/2 knives: a paring knife, a serrated cheese knife, and half a chef's knife. We had nothing that was large enough to cut a large vegetable or meat. The sliding doors to the back porch need to be serviced as well. The owners have a lovely house, but they are not well served by the property manager, Mary Lynn. We had reserved the house several months prior to the dates we were to use it. A few weeks prior to our arrival, I messaged her during business hours on a weekday with some questions. Her response was agitated and harsh and I received a reply that included a rant about her children. She easily could have resolved her problems with her kids then responded professionally when she was able. Upon our departure, she messaged complaining that we had improperly locked the door and the maids could not get in and she was out of state. A few hours later she acknowledged that the door was swollen as we told her and the maids did, in fact get in. Hopefully, the owners will read this.

Hello Rebecca, A difference of opinions and crossed information. My cleaning lady confirmed tue door was locked by someone in your party for sure. and contacted me for keys. She had to go back at a later time and confirmed the door was locked. We said maybe the door was swollen to her but she stated I clean every week and this door is locked. She informed me that one of your guests locked the door and the only way in was the key. First conplaint we have ever had. Can’t please everyone I guess. You still say you didnt lock the door when two people confirmed someone in your party did. Sorry you feel the way you do.

Cute, comfortable home in quiet neighborhood

Wonderful place! Very comfortable and charming, well appointed home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back deck and yard with the kids, along with the table tennis and foosball in the garage! Location is convenient for getting to both coasts. Note that you have to bring your own sheets and towels.

Amazing family vacation

We absolutely loved our time at the “Nautical house, a/k/a mermaid house and oar house” (named by my daughter, not the owner). We found the house to be extremely clean, comfortable, and convenient. Our host, Mary Lynn was beyond helpful every step of the way and I cannot thank her enough- THANK YOU! The location was perfect for us (2 kids: age 6 and 2). It allowed us to easily get to any of the beaches- bay side or ocean side, it put us within minutes of RT 28 and the water park, mini golf, countless breakfast and dinner (and ice cream) spots, and allowed us to take a couple day trips to other towns on the Cape, all within a very doable drive. There’s a great park with a playground and the YD Red Sox home field both within about 5 mins from the house. We truly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back!

Great House and Great Location

The house was immaculate, and well appointed. Ping Pong and Foosball in the garage was awesome! Fire Pit in the back! Mary Lynn was so accommodating. Will book again. House is minutes from he center of Hyannis.
