The hotel staff made me feel VIP and was helping from the moment of booking up until I left. They made getting to and from the airport easy and always had an open dialogue with amenities or local activities. Highly recommended!

Amazing service, the best staff

Loved this hotel - the location is in a development area, but you can easily bike to the main beach strip or to town. You can also walk to a town square type area with many restaurants + bars. The hotel can also set you up with an on call car service. The service at this hotel is amazing, the staff are extremely kind, so helpful, would come back here anyways, but would also come back just for them.

We had the most incredible vacation staying here in Tulum - gorgeous location, friendly service, clean/comfortable rooms. No complaints - spectacular experience from start to finish! Will absolutely be coming back again soon.

Best Spot in Jungle

Didn't know what to expect as got a good price and we have stayed always on the water over last 10 years but this was so much more relaxing and nice and small.. Everyone friendly and one of the only hotels with a small restaurant with great food. Nice pool and we had a penthouse with a plunge pool that looks over jungle. Lots of things to do in walking distance and rent the ATV for your stay and get anywhere including beach section in 10 minutes but cabs around all the time,...just get prices in advance. We already booked our next stay with the owner...

The room with the connecting pool we had no access to, it was locked? There is constant construction and building on both sides of the apartment so it does not have that clear jungle view pictured but scaffolding on both sides. The staff was sweet but the building was just okay.
