Welcome to our home! Our cleaning crew has taken extra efforts beyond their normal high standards to ensure proper disinfection & safety precautions!
SLEEPS 12 - OCEAN VIEW- SOUNDVIEW - BACKYARD - 4 BEDROOMS - 2.5 BATH
Our family owned and managed, recently updated modern and tastefully yet comfortably furnished, stocked with the vacationer in mind. The home is just a short block from the beach, right across the street from the park & a short walk to nightlife, the arcade and a small market! Just a few miles from Surf City town center with tons of restaurants, activities, and the pier.

Please note, we are located directly next to the famous and popular Trailer Bar. For us, this is wonderful. We love live music and being able to walk over and enjoy this from our porch while the kids play outside. They have live music daily in the summer and they stop the live music at 11pm. All of our rooms are equipped with sound machines, if you are planning to go to bed early, but want to make sure you are all aware before booking.
Linens are included with your rental. The house is equipped with some popular children's board games. There is plenty of parking to accommodate up to 5 full size vehicles.

Great location with thoughtful accommodations

Perfect location, less than 40 steps from the beach. The bunk bed is great for parents coming with their kids and with the nearby nightlife, the adults have a convenient location to party & people watch. I would highly recommend this property.

Surf city

Loved the house. It was so beautiful. Loved the big kitchen and table. It’s perfect for a big family. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. And the kids loved the little playground at the beach. Surf city has a place in our hearts now. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great vacation

Property was very clean and was very well stocked. Great location with a very short walk to beach access. Lots of extras including beach chairs, bikes, games, beach toys, etc. Short drive to lots of restaurants. We had a great time.

Family Ocean Trip

Amazing!

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures! Super clean and updated. Great sleeping space for everyone. Even the guesthouse was so cute. The location was perfect and the host was so great! We will definitely be coming back next summer.

Reunion

Took the family to see my 2 sons that are stationed at Camp Lejeune. Beach access, and playground were close to the house. Live music was not bad. Plenty of space. The bunk house was a blessing, with an autistic child. Would love to come back again.

Surf City Christmas 2022

Nothing but praises about our much needed vacation and Christmas family time together. The house was gorgeous and exactly what you see online. The bunkhouse was a beautiful surprise; nicer in person. (One of my personal favorites). There is more than plenty of space. Already planning our next visit and we just left this morning. 😂😂

Family Beach Trip

Location was ideal for our family, children’s park across the street and short walk to the beach. House was spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play as we prepared our meals. The outside shower was a game changer for the kids coming off the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare any meal, and we’re a family that likes to cook and eat. We did order out pizza for delivery our first day there though. Wi-fi was good through out the property. We were a little concerned about the music from the Trailer Bar, but actually it was never a problem. We enjoyed the music Friday evening. The bunk house space was perfect for our family size. The house is very kid friendly. We had an incredible week! We will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Beach Rental

We highly recommend this beach house for the perfect beach getaway. We had four families from different states spend the week together. This house has everything you would need, and I mean everything! Plenty of kitchen items, lots of toys to borrow, just a well-kept place. Everything was nice and clean. The music at the bar next door was not an issue. My niece stayed in the bunkhouse with her two babies and said the music didn’t bother them at all. It was like having a tv on low. Plenty of parking and about a 3 min walk to the beach with kids in tow. The hosts are amazing and quickly responded when we had questions. This is a definite saved place for us in the future. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Fully stocked and SO accommodating!

We had an absolute perfect thanksgiving at the beach house we fell in love in almost ten years ago! The owners did a beautiful job of renovating and made the home incredibly accommodating. Very responsive and kind. We cannot wait to come back!

Birthday Celebration/Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying here so much. It was a very clean property with more than what we needed stocked in the kitchen. Perfect location to the Beach/shopping areas. We really enjoyed the live music from the trailer bar and it was not loud at night in the house. Would highly recommend &would love to book again in the future

Our family lives in Raleigh,NC. We have 3 kids, ages 7,4,1. Lucky for you, that means we have alot of kids items at the house to make your packing easier!

We enjoy a glass of wine while the sun sets, riding bikes down the canals and a good pina colada at Daddy Macs!

This location was ideal for us with small children. We love live music and this house was perfect with live music next door and playground across the street! A perfect night for us is grilling downstairs, while live music is playing next door and our kids are riding their bikes under the covered area.

We think our property is unique because it is perfectly located on the island for families. Last minute need, you can walk to the Friendly Mart. Rainy day, you can walk to the arcade or do pottery. We have taken extra steps to make sure the kitchen is completely stocked with absolutely everything you will need!
