Come stay in this beautifully remodelled 3BR/2Ba home 10 minutes from the worlds' most famous beach. Also, a 10 minute drive to Daytona International Speedway and 10 minutes from Main Street. Less than a 5 minute walk is a brand new park with swings for the kids, a boat ramp, tennis courts and public dock for fishing. Publix grocery store is less than 5 mins down the road. Each bedroom includes a smart TV. Game room offers pool table and a 75" TV. Arcade machine with 10,000 games, a dart board and large connect 4. This house offers a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with keurig. Hide away in the secret room, climb the rock wall (150lb weight limit) and play the claw machine. Book now as this is a popular area and house will book up fast, we look forward to hearing from you!

The house is beautiful, clean has easy access to the speedway which was the reason for my stay great fenced in yard. The Owner is really nice answers all questions. highly recommend.

This is our second year in a row staying here. We had a package being delivered and Billy was kind enough to put it inside when he saw it. GREAT communications at all times.Beautiful property, great parking, great location and just comfortable.We do bring our pets and it is fantastic for this with the back yard. Will definitely be back for year 3!

House was super nice and great location! Would definitely stay again. Only thing I would recommend is bigger kitchen trash can and the mattresses could use update. Communication was great with Billy and was very accommodating!

You can't beat the location of this house especially if you want to get on the water as the ramp is just a block away. Beautifully decorated and with a ton to do inside and nearby, it was a great get away.

This is our 2nd year staying here, perfect short distance to the Speedway. House is very clean and well maintained. Perfect fenced in backyard for our dog to play! Thank you Billy!

Amazing guest house with everything you need

Billy's guest house was unbelievable for a long race weekend in Daytona. Was super clean, well laid out, comfortable, and had everything needed for a fun place to relax--complete with a game room (pool table, darts, games, video games) and huge TVs in each room. Would definitely stay again in a heartbeat. Billy was also super responsive to inquiries.

This house was so very clean and neat. It had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. It has a nice back yard that our dog enjoyed. I have stayed in many VRBO’s and I would definitely give this a 10!!!
