Home is in Daytona Beach Shores/ Port Orange. Just a 3 min walk to the beach and a short 10 min drive to Daytona Main Street and the Most Famous Beach in the WORLD! Large Entertaining Pool area with a Beachy Tropical Atmosphere that is relaxing and peaceful. Perfect for having dinner outdoors, basking in the sunshine, or reading a book in the large shaded area.

This is a single family home that you will have completely to yourself with full privacy. There are cameras in front and side of the home that only record the exterior of the property These cameras are for security purposes only and DO NOT record the pool or the front patio area.

***NO street parking*** There are signs everywhere and you will be towed. We have parking for 7 average sized cars in the 2 driveways. No parking in the garage unless it’s agreed upon when booking.

Security hold required of $400. Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card. This will not show as a charge, as it is only a HOLD. It will be held immediately prior to check-in and released within 3 days upon checkout. Minimum age to book is 25 years old. If we agree to book under the age of 25 the security hold will be increased to $800.
