PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Great place to stay

Comfortable place to stay in a quiet part of the neighborhood, conveniently walkable to Hideaway beach. The condo had everything we needed and communication was straightforward.

Tranquility in perfect setting

We have come to Kauai every year for the last 15 years and this by far has been the best home we stayed in. Well appointed, incredibly clean and very private. Parrish Collection should be commended for their devotion to the guest experience. We will be back again for sure! Mahalo!

Property was clean and comfortable and communications via text were very clear and helpful. The only downsides was the bed in the second bedroom was wore out and very uncomfortable. The king bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The lanai outdoor couch pads were in dire need of cleaning.

Wonderful!

My husband and I and two kids, age 3 and 5, stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful time! The unit is located right on the golf course and the building is really close to the ocean view. We walked to watch the sunset every night on the golf course, really spectacular! The pool area is small for children but clean. The unit has everything you need and property management is super responsive and easy to communicate with. What we loved most is the location of the property. The unit is perfectly located to incredible beaches, shops, and restaurants in Princeville. It’s family friendly and super laid back. Highly recommend for families!

Girl's Trip 2023

The property locations is beautiful. A short walk to see the ocean and view sunsets. The property was clean, well appointed with everything we needed for a 12 day stay. The only concerns we had that are areas for improvement and repair: the washing machine needs to be repaired or replaced, it made the loudest most obnoxious sounds when in use, it literally sounded like an airplane jet engine was in the room with us. The wifi was not good at all, the exhaust fan in the master bath was extremely loud and not way to cut if off and the beds could use new mattresses. Overall very nice place to stay.

Nice property

We had a great time-we were there for the golf and beaches and love that end. There was an electrical problem at the washer and dryer-a cord was run under the rug, but the front door couldn’t open all the way and a bit of a tripping hazard. The plug in the main bathroom wouldn’t work for any type of appliance. The bedroom slider was also broken-it have been nice to be able to get some breeze. The property just need a bit of maintenance.

Beautiful North Kauai Location!

This condo was an excellent choice for our Kauai stay. It is laid out perfectly for 2 couples and fully equipped with everything we needed. Sunrise was magnificent from the living area, Master Bedroom, and lanai. All the furnishings and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms and kitchen up-to-date...Master Bath shower is fabulous! At the end of the day, the lanai was relaxing and peaceful. The condo is conveniently located in the Princeville resort; walking distance for a resort dinner, and Princeville shopping area very close. We are golfers and definitely recommend the Makai Golf Club, which adjoins the property...challenging and scenic. It was a short drive to Hanalei Bay, with plenty of dining options in a casual atmosphere. Thank you for sharing your ohana with us...we are also VRBO property owners & definitely recommend your home.

Very clean and has everything

Amazing location and extremly private. Each night we walked out the back yard and sat on the golf course and watched the sun set. The AC is very strong and the whole unit gets cold. Kitchen is very modern. Master bed is huge, like a california king and very comfortable. This is a very quiet secluded unit.

Nice unit with view but seems like has not been updated for over 10 years.

Biggest complaint was unit was advertised as air conditioned; however, clue was portable fans everywhere because only living room has ac. Also, as mentioned dishes and pots and pans and bedding are all worn and mismatched. The Parrish group is skimpy in giving only a few dishwashing tablets and dishwashing detergent etc. the unit needs a good cleaning. The fans were filthy and cabinets and appliances were grimy. I took pictures. We have stayed at a number of VRBO’s and been very pleased. This unit needs a refresh.

Love the condo, convenient location, great value.

The condo was fully equipped and in excellent condition, down to the sheets and pillows! Totally glad that we went with a condo with A/C. Easy walk to Hideaway beach with great snorkeling, we saw turtles during our swims. The St. Regis is just a few steps away from the Hideaway beach entrance, we enjoyed a nice cocktail and appetizer while listening to the evening guitarist/singers and beautiful sunset from the back lanai or you can enjoy the sunset from the viewing point just before the St. Regis entrance. The neighborhood was quiet and if you want to take a jog, there are nice walking trails throughout Princeville. The local market is only 2 miles away and had a great selection. It was also a quick easy drive to Hanalei Beach and other points on that side of the Island. To top it off, I forgot a few items in the condo and they kindly placed them in the mail to me. Hope to make it back again some day.

Great Location

My family of 5 rented this condo for 2 weeks this summer. It was very well equipped for our family with little extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It is in a great location close to our favorite beach in Hanalei. It is also close to many beautiful hikes and beaches. The owners have beautifully decorated their condo with art from local artists. It is a great, relaxing condo and grounds with one of the most gorgeous views of the sunset.

Perfect place to stay on the North Shore! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved staying here! The location is perfect, close to beaches, golf course, grocery store and restaurants. Love that it is so close to downtown Hanalei. The condo is comfortable and inviting, you can sit back and relax on the lanai, curl up and watch a movie, entertain guests, and see AMAZING sunsets just a few steps from your back door. It is the perfect place to come back to after sightseeing or long days at the beach! I would recommend staying here and will be back soon!

Excellent!

We have traveled to Kauai many times but never stayed on the North Shore. The condo was very well equipped and met all our needs. The décor and comfort of the condo was so inviting that does deserve a 5-star rating. Morning coffee and evening cocktails on the lanai were so enjoyable. The location has easy access to walking/jogging paths, restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes to downtown Hanalei. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic place to stay!!

We had the best week staying at this condo! Conveniently located, beautifully decorated and clean, and had everything we need for a week on Kauai. We had never been to this island and staying at this lovely condo made our time there that much better. From the beautiful sunrise view with our morning coffee on the lanai to an evening glass of wine after a long day of hiking and time at the beach, this place had it all! Clean, modern and well stocked with everything we needed for a great getaway. Highly recommend staying here - We will back!!

Fabulous !

Our vacation to Kauai was wonderful, and this fabulous condo definitely exceeded our expectations ! It had everything we needed, and more. The four of us were very comfortable, and enjoyed the daily visits from the ne ne, cardinals, doves, etc. We also appreciated the quiet surroundings. Sunrise on lanai was the perfect way to start our day, and the views were amazing. We highly recommend this condo, and hope to stay there again !

Beautiful Condo

Review #[123345] Review Title We arrived in Kauai for a 9 day very much needed vacation. This condo is everything and more than we were hoping for. The description and pictures of the property are accurate, The condo is very well stocked with anything you might need. The layout is perfect for two couples or a family. We brought our daughter and granddaughter with us and they loved having there own privacy. We did have a little problem with the TV in the living room and called the rental management company and they were there first thing in the morning and it was reprogrammed and ready to watch after a long day at the beach. The management company were very helpful and accommodating. The beds in the unit were very, very comfortable and I felt like I was sleeping in mine at home. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been recently updated and showers were fantastic. The out side of the condo was nice and the surrounding golf courses were beautiful. In the evening we would walk out to the bluff and watch the sunset it was breathtaking! There are plenty of beaches to walk to and my favorite was hideaways. Lots of great restaurants in Hanalei we especially liked the dolphin restaurant, would recommend that highly. Over all this was an exceptionally beautiful place to vacation and the condo just added to the experience. The communication with the owner and rental company were fantastic. We would love to come back and stay again.

Kauai condo

This was a very pretty, clean, remodeled condo. Great central location and close to markets and Hanalei Bay. The living room has air conditioning but neither bedroom does and it was quite warm at night. My request would for the owners to please purchase nicer sheets. The sheets were a bit uncomfortable and hot which was compounded by the room being hot at night.

Very nice but overall just good

We stay at a few VRBO places in a year and this condo is certainly nice. We down graded this condo to good for the simple reason that the living room couches aren't that comfortable. They are after all sofa sleepers. After a long day hiking or snorkeling coming home to relax is important. No place to put your feet up since there are no ottomans. The little recliner is old and has what looks like a big water stain on it. The kitichen is ok. There is no light above the sink or really in prep area. We did enjoy the outdoor lanai area and appreciated the distant ocean view. The bed in the master is quite comfortable and it was great to be able to block the sun with the shades in there which also help keep it somewhat cooler as the AC is in the living room. AC works ok but definitely need the fans to keep the main living area cool. Front bedroom is the coolest place in the condo as the mornings/afternoon sun doesnt get there. We loved having the dryer to dry towels and swimsuits and you need it since there is really no place to hang them to dry. I would recommend the condo to family and friends.
