Long Term Rental Only. Welcome to our vibrant three-level beach home, perfect for multigenerational gatherings, nature lovers, adventure seekers or remote workers!

Enjoy stunning coastal views from our decks on the second floor, front and back. The second floor features an open-concept kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bath. Kick back in the main area with a 65-inch TV for your entertainment.

Up on the top floor, you'll find the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath that includes a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a cozy sitting with amazing costal views or catch up on your shows on the 55 in TV. Have to work? There is a small office with a desk, chair and high speed wifi for working remotely.

Down on the ground level, you'll discover an additional entertaining space complete with a 70-inch TV, mini-fridge and bar, and a variety of board games to keep up the family fun! This level leads to a fenced backyard with outdoor table and chairs and string lights. This level also includes a third full bath and a washer and dryer.

We’ve got you covered with beach gear, including coolers and chairs, and our kitchen is fully stocked for all your culinary adventures.

Located close to shopping, dining, and many tourist attractions, our home offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Just pack your essentials and get ready for some fun in the sun!

Plus, enjoy high-speed WiFi, for all your streaming needs. Amazon sticks and Hulu are on all TVs.

Beautiful property!! Host was incredibly communicative and had an outstanding house guide. They even included recommendations of places to try in the area and an area guide. The property was beautiful with great water views. Highly recommend.

Great place in a quiet location. The house is extremely well-appointed. Beautiful view. Only one minute walk to our kitebeach. Restaurants and heb nearby. Wonderful sunset terrace. Good contact to the owner Amy. Thanks for that. We enjoyed every day of our stay.

Would stay again if ever in this area

The house is beautiful and very well stocked. Amy was always right there with any questions that we had. We really enjoyed the walking/biking path in Sunrise Park. Not a lot to do in Portland but centrally located to the areas we wanted to explore.

Well stocked home

We had a great stay with our family of four over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was incredibly well stocked with anything you might need. We enjoyed our time so much that we booked for next year.

Dance Retreat

Stayed in Portland and attended dance competition for my Daughter in Corpus. Very short commute from this incredibly convenient location. House was very clean and acomodated 8 people very nicly. I 100% would stay here again

We were very happy with our visit! It was astonishing all that the owners had available for visitors to use. Had I known I would have left everything I packed at home except for my clothing! Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Close to shopping and restaurants. The house has everything you need for an extended stay. It has several areas to relax. Our dogs loved the fenced yard, and the gated front porch! Quiet neighborhood. A park a few blocks from the house, has a nice overlook of the bay and access to the water. We were able to enjoy beach days on the gulf. Port Aransas, Whitecap Beach, Mustang Island, and the Padre Island National Seashore are all within 30-40 miles from the house. Corpus Christi is just a short drive, with lots to do there. If we plan another stay in this area, we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again.
