We came down for my son and his friends to play golf for his 19th birthday. Despite the stormy weather early they were still able to get their tee times and play both 18 holes both day. My husband and I fished in many of the on site waterways . The condo was beautiful and would recommend to anyone. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This rental was amazing! It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The lake view out back was so peaceful and the kids had fun fishing. The location was perfect too- close enough to use the golf cart to get over to the beach, stores and restaurants.

The property and entire Sandestin community exceeded our expectations. The home is beautifully furnished and has everything you need - even for a large family (2 adults and 6 kids ages 9 - 15). We had a slight issue with our golf cart on day one (flat tire), and they had us back up and running relatively quickly and with good communication. The location is perfect for relaxing, but close to so many things for fun, food, and entertainment. The private beach was close, convenient, and beautiful. We will definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent vacation rental! The location was perfect and the host was phenomenal! We will consider staying here again on one of our many annual vacations to Sandestin!!

The house is accurate with the pictures and description. Very peaceful & relaxing. The house is located very close to several eateries, shopping & grocery store. The golf cart allows the opportunity to ride the grounds and take in the scenery.

We had a great stay. This property had literally everything we needed...the golf cart was just the icing on the cake. The home is lovely and was super clean. Proximity to everything in Sandestin was excellent! Communication with the host was prompt and easy. We'd definitely stay here again!

yearly family vacation

Our stay in Sandestin was perfect for our family, with the house ideally located near tennis courts, golf courses, and the beach. Everyone was able to enjoy their favorite daytime activities, from relaxing by the ocean to playing a few rounds of golf. In the evenings, we loved coming together to share meals and make memories in the comfortable, well-appointed home.

Perfect condo/house near the beach. We had zero issues checking in but also we have been to this resort many times so we already know our way around and how to get into the resort. Beds were comfy, plenty of kitchen and beach supplies although we always bring everything we need. The a/c worked well. Golf cart worked well. Everything was perfect for 3 adults and 2 teens.
