Clean, well thought out, and great for family!

Lovely and exceptional place and host! My family and I were in town for a basketball tournament and this tasteful home made us feel like we were in our place. Would 100% recommend this casa to our family and friends.

Perfect

The location was easy to find and in a friendly, quiet, safe area. Great place to walk the dog! The townhouse was beautiful and comfortable! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great for our family!

Beautiful home with more than just the basics! Grill, spice rack, pack n play, games, books, etc. Owner was easy to communicate with and very kind! Great stay!

Just Lovely

This place was perfect for our trip. It was roomy, clean, super comfortable beds, nice patio area, wonderful air conditioning, nicely decorated and thought out, parking for both our cars, and a relatively quiet area. Host was great and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Winery visit

Very clean house that was welcoming and had many amenities. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Quiet neighborhood.close to wherever we wanted to go. Loved it.

Beautiful and Quiet

What a gem! Immaculate! Perfectly decorated and within minutes of everything yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Being our first time VRBO-ing, Kathy made us feel welcomed. The beds are comfortable, rooms ample and the backyard so pretty lit up at night. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Fun, outgoing person that loves to engage in conversations. My husband and I love to travel throughout the US (closing in on visiting all 50 states), exploring new exciting places and meeting new friends along the way. We love living in the PNW as it has many wonderful places yet to be discovered by us but, some of our favorite excursions are visiting the amazing mountains, having accessibility to many rivers as well as, trying out some new cultural cuisine. Let's not forget the great wineries too! Ohhh so many wineries, so little time.

This new Townhome is central to all venues in Tri Cities. Whether you are here for golfing at Canyon Lakes or Meadow Springs, to kids sporting events located at GESA Sports Complex or The Trac. Or, if you are simply to just get away for the weekend to enjoy some fabulous wine tasting, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home will easily accommodate up to 6 guest for a relaxing worry free stay.

Allow 1 dog 50 lbs or less with pet fee. Any additional dogs will require pre approval and subject to additional dog fee of $25.
