Perfect for a family of 3 people or friends traveling together.

After a long day of touristing, coming home and relaxing in an air-conditioned unit was the best. This unit is off the beaten path enough to be quiet and still central to all the sites in Venice.

Family trip to Venice

Had a wonderful stay in Ca' Nadia. Liked being in walking distance to all the major attractions but staying in an area with a neighborhood feel. Check in was easy with photo instructions which were very helpful.

A well located apartment - close to train and away from the maddening crowds

We stayed here over two successive weekends and both times the check in, communication and ease of find the place were excellent. I gave it four stars for one reason 
 the shower. We are both rather tall and the shower is tiny and difficult to use. Also, there seems to be limited hot water. The beds were ok. And keep in mind you need to walk up three flights of stairs. The place was clean and well maintained.

Very pretty appartment, feels bigger than the pictures. 2 reasonable size bedrooms! Only the weird tiny bathtub was awkward but the rest was great.

Great Location in Venice!

We had a great stay here for a few days! We really liked the location being in a quieter spot but still easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Some of our best meals were at spots we picked nearby.

Best location!

We loved staying in this quieter locals part of the Jewish quarter. Everything was lovely, but be aware that the beds are very firm and shower is small.

Roomy and homey apartment

We loved our stay at Ca’Nadia. Only a few minutes walk from the train station, and we were able to check in early which was great. Prompt communication from the property managers. FYI, we used Stow Your Bags lockers after checkout to cheaply store our luggage after checkout, since our flight wasn’t until evening. It’s located between the apartment and train station, by the post office. Highly recommend. The neighborhood felt very safe, even at night. Lots of shopping and restaurants all around.

Vacances magiques Ă  Venise

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© prĂšs de l'arrĂȘt S. Marcuola - ligne 2 (rapide) sur le grand canal. Et pourtant le calme est absolu. La dĂ©coration se marie bien avec la ville et laisse une impression de luxe. Certains Ă©quipements Ă  revoir un peu toutefois (lave linge - qui a dĂ» ĂȘtre changĂ© depuis, gaziniĂšre et qq ustentiles etc.) mais le plus important en Ă©tĂ© Ă©tait impeccable : la clim (une Ă  chaque Ă©tage). Literie confortable. Vaisselle de grande qualitĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires sont rĂ©actifs en ligne, disponibles et arrangeants. Bref, nous recommandons sans rĂ©serve.

Family vacation

The location was excellent once we found it. The owner met us and showed us how to find the apartment. There are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment and then another flight of stairs from the living room / kitchen area to the bedrooms. If climbing stairs is an issue for you, I would look elsewhere. For our family, it was a perfect location and very spacious and quiet. The mattresses were on the hard side and not to our liking but we were able to manage. Also, the tub in the bathroom has a step down feature within the tub that surprised us but we were able to adjust to that as well. Overall, we would recommend staying here while staying in Venice.

Nice apartment in perfect location

The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. Gabriele was a perfect host, promptly answering any questions we had. Walking from the train station, you can arrive at the apartment in about 10 minutes. There are stairs to climb once inside the building, the apartment is on the 3rd level, with the bedrooms and bathroom another flight up. It is quiet and comfortable, with good wifi....a very nice place to stay!

Real Venice

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were very accommodating about dropping our bags off early and giving us general directions. There were only two downsides to this rental. The unit is on the third floor and it was a chore to haul all of our bags up and down the flights of stairs. Second, the shower stall is very small and two-tiered and thus hard to navigate.

We are a "family" team that manages a dozen apartments for tourist use. We started in 2016 with a family structure and over the years we have gradually grown up. We are always available for our guests but we don't live inside the apartments. However, we live in the historic center of Venice and so we can reach the various structures for emergencies usually in about an hour.
We are always available for communications via whatsup, sms, emails or phone calls. The communication way we prefer is the one through whatsup which allows us to communicate calmly, sharing images or any links, even when we are engaged in our main jobs.
