Sweet Apartment Frari Ce charmant appartement est situé au cœur de Venise, à seulement une minute à pied de la cathédrale de Frari et à 10 minutes à pied du pont du Rialto. L'appartement est magnifiquement rénové, à l'intérieur d'un immeuble datant du 15ème siècle.

L'appartement se compose d'une petite entrée et d'une pièce principale dont une partie de la pièce est occupée par la cuisine entièrement équipée et la table à manger, deux chambres doubles avec télévision à écran plat avec chaînes satellite. La salle de bain dispose d'une cabine de douche.
Situé dans le quartier populaire de Sestière, l'appartement se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de plusieurs des points forts de Venise. Il s'agit notamment du pont du Rialto ainsi que de la cathédrale de Frari. Beaucoup d'excellents bars, restaurants, cafés, supermarchés et magasins sont également proposés dans les environs immédiats.

L'arrêt de vaporetto Sant’Tomà se trouve à 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Santa Lucia, la gare principale de la ville et Piazzale Roma se trouvent à 10 minutes à pied.

The apartment was extremely clean, the AC was AMAZING, and Marco was very responsive. Also, the location was amazing and very close to a bunch of important places. I would say that the stairs up to the apartment are a little narrow and it’s quite a bit of stairs so if you have a lot of luggage maybe hire someone to help with that. 100/10 would recommend.

Palazzo Bardi was just as described. A 1400’s building with a beautiful quiet courtyard. It was cool inside despite the heatwave. There is air conditioning throughout. We ate breakfast in the apartment every morning. The kitchen was great! The location was beyond perfect, a very short walk to the Uffizzi gallery and the Duomo. Also close to a bridge spanning the Arno- if you’re a birder you might be in for an unexpected treat. Roberta was a wonderful and responsive host. Florence is magical!

Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The property was very clean and had everything you needed and a couple of nice extra touches. The kitchen was fully stocked, there was a combo washer/dryer as well as shampoo and body lotion. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay there.

We were very impressed with the apartment. It had clearly been recently updated, with beautiful décor and lovely furnishings throughout. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and having two A/C units—one in the main living area and one in the bedroom—was a real bonus. The apartment was also absolutely spotless.Marco was incredibly responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless from start to finish.The location was ideal for us. It’s outside the busiest tourist areas, yet there are plenty of shops and restaurants right in the immediate area, which was very convenient. Depending on our destination, most places we wanted to visit were about a 10–30 minute walk away.One thing to be mindful of is the stairs when travelling with luggage, but this was clearly communicated before booking, so we knew exactly what to expect.We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!

This was a great place to stay in Venice! It’s in the heart of the city, super clean, pretty easy to get to, and super charming. One thing to note is that the doorways are low as are the ceiling beams, so if you’re taller than 5’10” pay extra attention to the need to duck in the apartment. All in all, it was an excellent day, and we would definitely reserve again for a future visit to Venice!

Perfect landing spot

The location was perfect. A quiet neighborhood with easy access to the train station, shopping, and St Mark’s. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.
