Lazo Beach House, Costa del Sol

This luxurious house with a private pool is located inside Villa Oceanica which is a gated community with 24hr security and is one of the best areas in Costa del Sol. It’s 7 minutes walk to the beach. The house is 45 minutes from the airport and 1 hour to San Salvador. We have 4 tanning lounge chairs with umbrellas and a grilling area. There are two terraces with hammocks and ceiling fans one by the pool area & the other one on the second level for a beautiful view. Out door pool bathroom and showers to clean the sand off. There are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and A/C units in each of them. Rooms are furnished with 1 king Bed, 6 Queen Beds, and 1 full over full bunk bed. In the spacious great room, you’ll find the living room, kitchen and dining room. There is only 1 TV in the entire house and it’s located in the living area. There is cable tv and WiFi. It has an amazing barbecue where you can grill. Kitchen is equipped for cooking or you can have food delivered to the house from restaurants near by. There is a local supermarket 15 minutes away if you want to buy groceries.
Other Services: We can arrange pickup and drop off to the airport. Massages are available in the comfort of the home with previous arrangements made. We have on security camera at the front entrance and one in the backyard. They will be on during your stay for security purposes. Warm water only in showers.

NOTE: Additional guests fee after 12 $25.00 each one
The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age requirement of 21

A gem of a property!

This house was just as pictured if not better. The home is not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also has great beach access. The staff on site was very courteous and helpful. Only wish we could have stayed longer but cannot wait to book again.

Family Reunion

Our experience was excellent. We were very satisfied with the property and couldn’t have enjoyed ourself any better.. Christian was very accommodating and flexible with check-in and check-out and the staff was very helpful. We recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

Great House!

I loved everything, every room had its own bathroom and air conditioner, owner was quick to respond and Don Luis the security/maintenance person was very kind and quick to respond as well. The pool was very beautiful everything we expected just like the pictures. We would definitely come back again.

STUNNING!

Where do we begin? From the location of the property, to the amenities, the size of the residence, we are all extremely happy and more than satisfied! Exceeded all expectations! And Christian was prompt to respond, courteous and amazing throughout our entire stay! He even let us check out later at no additional cost! We are DEFINITELY coming back!!! Wondering family stay

We had a fantastic stay over Christmas. The property is beautiful! Christian had it decorated for the holidays. Everything was as pictured. The beach is within the gated community and just a short walk away. Quietest beach with very soft sand and crystal clear water. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels and everything you need in the kitchen. The pool was amazing! We would stay again. Thank you!

Beautiful home!

Don't know where to start... This house is beautiful, clean, modern, spacious and with great host- Christian. The home has easy access from main road. The home has everything you need for your stay including food at your door and easy access to the beach. We were also greeted by Carlos who provided us with a tour and all you need to know on what to do in the area. By the way Carlos is amazing! so happy to have meet him. Our family will definitely come back!

BAD EXPERIENCE

I have stayed at many properties but this has been by far the worse experience we’ve had . Staff was ok but they did delay on cleaning and had to remind them to bring new clean towels since we were staying for 10 days. Especially because they provided small amount of towels when we had 11 people staying at the property. My husband owns a pool and we noticed the filter pumps were not circulating the way they are suppose to ensure the pool is being cleaned and jacuzzi turbos did not work. We also woke up to a bunch of terminates dead and alive on the floor and I don’t mean 10 i mean 1000s of terminates . All windows were closed so im not sure how they got in. We also spotted roaches and a bunch of ants all over the kitchen counters. Absolutely no closet or cabinet space. For the cost, this is not worth it. Ac in one of the rooms stopped working but they did come to fix it right away but leaked all over the wall and bed and looked absolutely disgusting. So little water comes out of the showers it’s horrible and no hot water at all. Property help also stated that they have mentioned these issues to property owner but nothing gets resolved. The house is beautiful but not maintained. When I mentioned these issues to the owner all he had to say was that he’s never had so many complaints and I’m not one to complain about anything . Instead of working with us to resolve the issues that’s all he had to say , no apology or anything . DO NOT STAY HERE.

Just like the pictures!!!

Super clean and modern house, rooms big and comfortable, beach just like they said “5-7 minutes walk”. Pool was perfect, all the amenities work fine. AC in the rooms work perfectly, must keep rooms open and fans going all the time, because there’s no AC in the living room/Kitchen area, other than that, perfect house, we will be back.

Beautiful home.

The home is beautiful, each room has its own private bathroom which is a great for a large group, such as ours. The pool features include underwater lights and an island allowing to entertain day and night. Property manager and staff were welcoming and accommodating. Our family had a wonderful time and we’ll look forward to come back!
