About the Space

Our beach house base rate if for 12 people. Guests beyond 12 people additional rates apply. Our guests will have air conditioning in all bedrooms, and in the kitchen. The two main bedrooms share a full bathroom which includes a shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom that does not have a shower. The are 2 additional full bathrooms in the exterior that each include a shower. Our guests will have available free parking inside the property for up to 12 cars. Our guests will also have available for them a fully equipped kitchen.

Bedroom 1 - includes 1 queen size bed, 2 queen size bunk beds, and a sofa (sofa bed convertible)
Bedroom 2 - includes 1 queen size bed and a sofa (sofa bed convertible), and a TV
Bedroom 3 - includes 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size bunk bed
Bedroom 4 - includes 1 queen size bed, 1 queen size bunk bed

Exterior and social areas

A pool available for the whole family to enjoy! There is one side of the pool that could be used for smaller children, which has a pool barrier between with the deeper side of the pool.

We have an exterior dining table and sitting area, TV, speaker, and Wifi for you to enjoy the a day full of fun and nature.

There is an exterior bar area with a barbeque grill available for you.

There are 2 hammock areas, one is inside the property and another on the beach for private use for our guests. Also, on the beach side there are two swings for you to watch the beautiful sunsets and breathtaking ocean views.

There is an outside shower by the beach entrance so you can remove the sand before entering the residence or the pool.

To complement your experience, you can request in advance and for an additional service fee:
- Cook Salvadorian seafood plates
- Cook for the day until 6:00 pm

Just about 25 mins from the airport and about 45 mins from San Salvador, our beach house is the perfect blend of convenience and confront while you enjoy the ocean and the city if you were staying for longer periods, or close enough for a weekend getaway from the city.
