Newly remodeled Beautiful Beach Front Condo Phase 1, 2nd Floor⛱. 1Bed 1 Bath with sleeper sofa. Enjoy the numerous pools, which includes 2 heated pools with swim up bar, 2 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers and 2 water slides. You can enjoy Romantic walks on the beach with Las Palomas' private access.


We installed a Ring doorbell with chime for additional guest convenience.

- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.

- No changes allowed for Holiday reservation.

Cancellation Policy

- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.

Steps from the beach. The many pools were clean and kid-friendly. Hotel restaurant cuisine was locally sourced and affordable. Casago staff was friendly and attentive; though the check-in process was off-site, it was minutes from the resort and easily accessible. Will return with our children next time :)

The apartment/condo was a so nice and clean and welcoming. All of the amenities you could need with the garage elevator only feet away for easy loading and unloading.Plenty of space and the resort was gorgeous so I didn’t spend more than sleeping hours and showers in the room.My one criticism was the interaction with Casago, who manages the rental. I asked via email, request form and in person for assistance with booking golf tee times. I was even promised a call back and never heard from anyone - ended up doing it myself but why even offer?

we went to about 6 grocery stores looking for keurig cups but could not find them so we bought ground coffee and filters. Be more explicit that there are no coffee filters supplied and i would happily pay a few dollars more per day if keurig cups were supplied.

The main downfall was the check-in process and not knowing everything was through a property manager. Add on fees were ridiculous! And NO housekeeping whatsoever during our stay! Didn’t realize it was through Casago. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT book through Casago!

We love the beach, and our young kids enjoy the beauty of the ocean, Mexican culture, and the infinity pool.

This property is unique because it is on the second floor but still has a wonderful view of the blue ocean. During the busy season it's convenient to bypass the elevators.

There are two grilling patios, one in front the Phase 1. The second grilling area is between phase 1 and phase 2 buildings. Las Palomas is 10 minutes from Sam's Club, which we have used to pick up a few things for the kids. If you don't have a membership there is another option next door. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you are driving from Phoenix to Las Palomas make sure you keep to the speed limits in Ajo (25mph) and Sonoyta (20mph/40kmh).
