This 4 bed, 3.5 bath boasts a large fenced-in back AND front yard, 2 large living spaces downstairs with Game Room stocked with karaoke machine, ping pong/pool table, shuffleboard, foosball & 65' TV. Take the fun outside and fire up the Weber grill, dine in the screened in patio and bust out the corn hole boards. QUIET residential and safe neighborhood to enjoy!

We had a great stay! We were in Tampa for University of Tampa graduation and it was a great house for our family to meet up at and stay together. House is about 15 minutes from campus, so very convenient. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, so family was happy. We enjoyed the games in the game room as well. The host was very responsive whenever I messaged with a question. Great stay! Neighborhood was fine. Close to many things.

The kitchen was fully equiped and house very spacious. It was a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. The host was easy to communicate with and provided so many additional amenities that staying in was still fun. There is definitely some wear on the games in the game room. I would suggest they maybe change out some equipment. Nonetheless, it was really great and would recommended for large group or family.

We had a good stay here because of the game room, but even that was run down, but it was in a great location for us. This house needs some TLC. There were not enough towels when we got there, but they did come back to remedy that right away. There are hardly any kitchen items, not even many glasses. The bathrooms seemed pretty clean, but the floors were dirty in the whole house, and the walls are in pretty rough condition, with bangs and scuffs everywhere. The kitchen cabinets also need repair. It was nice to have the 4 bedrooms, with the 3 beds in one of the rooms, but at least our bed in the front east room was not comfy, as it sagged toward the middle. I think this could be a really nice place if it was fixed up, and if they added supplies in the kitchen, and cleaned the floors.

The house was nice and spacious, but the tv remote in the family room didn't work, and there was no remote for one of the tv's upstairs. The host didn't respond when we reached out multiple times. Water pressure was low in the showers.

Great Family Getaway

This house was the perfect house for our family holiday gathering. Plenty of space for everyone and had fun games to play in the evening. The neighborhood was great for walks in the morning. It is also near a grocery store, Target and a Wawa. The only things that I noticed was that the carpets while cleaned were still showing stains and the lights weren't working over the TV area. But other than these two things, the house is good for someone visiting the Tampa area and wants to spend time with family.

Outstanding Vacation Destination!

We absolutely loved our 5-day stay at this full-feature Tampa house! The house is perfect for a family type of trip - there are gaming tables and flat screen TVs in every room to accommodate video gaming. Our 3 grandsons, 10 and under, all slept in the same room, played games, and could have just stayed in the house it was so inviting. The back yard was large and grassy, perfect for a touch football game with them! The beds were comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen spotless and fully equipped, and the neighborhood quiet and safe. Since it is located close to our Tampa siblings, we definitely will be be back!

Hurricane repairs for daughter's house

Overall, we had a very good time at this house. Carpet throughout house are stained and need to be cleaned. Coffee maker didn't work but the tea function did for some reason. We needed to borrow a workable coffee maker from my daughter. Also, house only had 3 spoons. As stated earlier, the house was great for a family together even under the circumstances. I'd recommend a family using it for any occasion.

Conference Ready

When we arrived unfortunately the house did not give me the same feel as what we saw online. There was debri on the floor in the kitchen, the couch downstairs was dirty, the idea that there was only one towel and washcloth for per guest for a stay from Wednesday to Sunday was unbelievable, and having almost no access to closet space was very crazy. We were here attending a conference using business attire most days and to go to closets in bedrooms and all were locked except one seemed a bit much. The pictures of the home, indicated their were 2 rollaway beds, but there was only one set up in one of the bedrooms. The location was good for the convention center access.

Thank you for staying with us. Regretfully, you did not bring up any of the issues you mentioned to us during your stay as we would have certainly resolved any cleaning or towel issues you had. We are very confused about the closet space comment as there are closets available in every bedroom and downstairs also has a large pantry for storage. Thanks for giving us a try.
