Cette villa moderne a été construite en 2018 et dotée d'un inventaire et d'un mobilier de grande qualité. La villa dispose au rez-de-chaussée d'un spacieux salon-salle à manger avec cuisine exclusive adjacente avec bar. Une chambre de style "volcan" avec salle de bain attenante et grand placard offre un maximum de confort. A l'étage se trouvent les chambres "atlantic" et "cactus", chacune avec sa propre salle de bain et ses terrasses spacieuses avec beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre. L'espace extérieur isolé avec une grande piscine chauffée, un jardin parfaitement aménagé et un mobilier d'extérieur de grande qualité ne laisse rien à désirer. Ici vous trouverez la paix et la détente dans un cadre magnifique.

Tolle Haus!

Das Haus ist wirklich toll, 6 von 5 Sternen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da fehlt nichts. Sogar ein zweiter, großer KĂŒhlschrank ist vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber, kein Ungeziefer. Das gleiche gilt fĂŒr den Garten.Zwei kleine negative PunkteLeider hat die Ladebox fĂŒr das E-Auto nicht funktioniert und konnte auch nicht zum Laufen gebracht werden.Da auf der Nordseite keine weiteren HĂ€user stehen, weht der Wind voll durch. Bei Böen um 50 KmH war das kein Spaß.Insgesamt war es trotzdem sein Geld wert.

The villa was fabulous with everything you would need. The location we know very well with lots of local shops within walking distance, but only thing it was missing was a shopping trolley which we purchased and left at the villa. The property manager Kathy was excellent even booking us a taxi for our last day to the airport. Would no hesitation in booking this villa again.

Perfect in all respects

As previous reviews have commented, the villa is at least as good as it looks in the photos. It has enough space inside and out that it soaked up six of us comprising two families easily and without in any way feeling crowded. Well located on the edge of the developed area for a relatively short walk (downhill) into town and equally short (but uphill) walk home. Supermarkets very close. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to a couple of changes to our booking (number of people and dates) and the local property managers first rate in dealing with a minor issue whilst we were there. In summary - highly recommended!

Toller Urlaub in der Villa Lanz a Lot

Wir waren im Dezember fĂŒr eine Woche auf Lanzarote und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Villa ist genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und zum entspannen gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The villa is fabulous with lots of space for a large family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the villa was well equipped. The only issue we had and the only negative is the pool was a constant problem our entire stay and the water became extremely green and algae on the bottom. The pool cleaner could not rectify the issue despite the large amount of chemicals used to attempt to resolve. It was very disappointing and the pool was not appealing and hardly used in our 10 days and we could not use it at all the last 4 days.

Great Villa

Really nice modern villa, very well equipped for everything you could need. Location was good too. Only negative was the villa wasn’t cleaned once in 10 days and pool only cleaned once in 10 days.

Traumhafter Urlaub in traumhaftem Haus

Wir waren fĂŒr zwei Wochen in der Villa Lanz a lot und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt: Das sehr großzĂŒgige Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sauber und einfach traumhaft schön. SupermĂ€rkte, Restaurants und der Strand sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar, ein Mietwagen ist daher nicht zwingend erforderlich. Die sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Hausverwalterin ist stets ansprechbar und hat fĂŒr alle Fragen eine unkomplizierte Lösung. Und bei unserer Ankunft war sogar der KĂŒhlschrank schon gefĂŒllt. Wer Lanzarote mag, wird es hier lieben.

Amazing!

When you see a property online you think that the pictures are the best it can possibly look. Think again. The property is even better than the pictures. 5* for everything.....I would give it more if I could. I can't think of a single bad thing about this place. An absolutely faultless villa.

Great property but with a few issues.

The villa was amazing, welcome pack fab. We found it not the cleanest of properties, but still had the wow factor. We had a few issues - one security. At 4:20 am we had an attempted burglary. They managed to get into the downstairs bedroom, but the couple work up and husband chased him away. We spoke with Louise who was Great but promised extra inside locks for the doors, due to runners being the wrong way around. This didn't happen before we left ( incident Monday Morning) and we had to chase Louise due to feeling unsafe, she was chasing locksmiths so hopefully this will be added to doors for the next holiday makers. We had issues trying to order take away with little resturants knowing our postcode. One restaurant we had, we needed to use house no 8, just to get the delivery and wait outside. The taxi company Louise gave us, didn't recognise our address so would put us on hold and hang up. Do not regret our stay- but wrong time, wrong place.

Amazing Villa

Stayed in several villas in Lanzarote and this one is by far the best. Pool area is amazing and interior is beautiful and modern. Three fantastic bedrooms all en suite and upstairs bedrooms have own balconies overlooking the pool and very large shared one on the other side. Cannot rate this villa highly enough and will definitely be going back.

The whole Villa was beautifully laid out, the amenities were first class, the location was good and the welcome pack was just amazing. There was only one downside and I accept that this is a personal thing, I found the settee difficult to get comfortable on which made relaxing in the evening difficult. But everything else was perfect. We were there two weeks and during that time we had a visit from the Villa handling company to make sure everything was OK, people came mid-way through our stay to change the bedding and towels and take away the rubbish and a man came each week to clean the pool. I would strongly recommend this Villa although I would strongly advise a car if, like us, you are unable to walk far.

Super house / great location

Stop looking , this is the house you want !!! Beautiful new modern house , lots of shops and bars in walking distance, close enough to the main strip to walk but a little bit away for some peace and quiet. Plenty of help on hand from Louise if you need any assistance, Pool plenty warm and we were there in January. It was all fantastic

Amazing

This property was just amazing probably the best villa me and my family have stayed in, the property has been finished to an amazing standard and in an excellent location close to supermarkets, the old town and also the strip the area is also very quite. Next time I return to Lanzarote I’d seriously consider staying in this property again. Thanks for the wonderful stay Ute and Hartmut. Ps. Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Das Haus entsprach all unseren Erwartungen. Es entsprach absolut der Beschreibung. Der SchlĂŒssel liegt in einem SchlĂŒsseltesor mit Code. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung stand Sekt, Wein, Bier, Wasser und frischer KĂ€se und Wurst, ErdnĂŒsse sowie Chips, Kaffee und Tee sowie Cornflakes und Brot bereit. Das war wirklich wie nach Hause kommen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße , mit insgesamt 5 gleichen Objekten. Einige Tage funktionierte morgens das heiße Wasser nicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und hilfsbereit, so das dieses Problem behoben wurde. Nachmittags war die Heisswasserversorgung durch die Solaranlage unproblematisch. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, weil das großzĂŒgige Haus genug Raum fĂŒr RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten bietet. Zu Fuß ist man in 10-15 min im alten Hafen von Puerto del Carmen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fusslĂ€ufig in 5 min zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The best villa we’ve stayed in

Having stayed in numerous villas in Mallorca, Algarve and Ibiza, I can safely say that Villa Lanz a Lot is top of the list. It’s a brand new build with the design, layout and furnishings simply breathtaking. The location of the villa is perfect. Within 5 minutes walk you’ll find Hiperdino, Spar and Lidl supermarkets. Within 10 minutes walk you’ll arrive at the strip in Puerto del Carmen where you’ll find a huge number of shops, bars and restaurants. The Biosfera Shopping Centre is also only a few minutes walk from the villa. The owners (Hartmut) were extremely obliging when it came to answering any queries we had prior to and following our arrival. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday but also within walking distance of the many amenities that Puerto del Carmen has to offer. On our next visit to Puerto del Carmen I will definitely enquire about the availability of Villa Lanz a Lot.
