Just few minutes to I-45 & Grand Parkway, Only 30 mins to Downtown and IAH, The Woodlands Mall, dining places, and entertaining places, such as the, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, Old Towne Spring, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor, and The Woodlands Market Street and Marriott Center. also close by is Walmart, HEB, Target, and Costco. Our home is close to Lake Woodlands and Lake Conroe. You can also enjoy the afternoon or evening walk at the Woodland Waterway.

The house was very nice. It was clean very well appointed with everything. The master shower doesn’t have any water pressure. You may wanna look into that but the other shower was fine. Enjoyed your place. Thank you very much.

Spacious 3 Bedroom House

Fully equipped 3 bedroom 2 bath house in residential neighborhood. Extensive amenities throughout, including rice cooker, dual coffee maker, toiletries, laundry baskets, bottled water, snacks. Very responsive hosts.

Home away from home!

Maria was a great host and very attentive. All check in items were simple and clear. The property was located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy access to major highways supporting our travel plans. Home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. All amenities we needed were provided, to include necessary baking ware and toddler beds and toys! Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable and clean! Haven’t slept so well in weeks! The fenced private yard is amazing and safe! Plenty of soft grass for football, tag, etc. This was definitely a “home away from home” experience for all of us!

Comfort in a tough time

This was a last minute trip for a funeral during a very busy time of year, just days before Christmas. Before I booked, I inquired about 2 specifics and the host promptly answered. We were very grateful for the keypad entry since we were scheduled to arrive after midnight. My mother-in-law and niece were able to get settled in long before we arrived. The beds were very comfortable, there was plenty of coffee and water bottles, plus a few snacks and a personalized welcome letter. Instructions for tv, internet, and even the coffee pot were easily to follow. We will definitely book again the next time we plan a trip to see our remaining relatives in the Conroe area.

Owners highly ranked host from other website- This home is Family friendly, "child prove" with all electric out lets covered, stove knobs covered, infants and toddlers basic toys provided, High chairs, car sits, toddler bed/ Pack & Play-Available on request, one level home at the end of quiet street, No neighbor to your left and on the front of the home, 5 minutes or less to I 45, large walking glass shower-- jacuzzi with hot water jets with double sink- / shower tab to the main bathroom
