,it is a very relaxing space with calacatta marble on the floor and in the bathroom

The apartment is brand new, just renovated
there is a king size bed with a valuable firm mattress.
There is a jacuzzi in the bathroom
And the kitchen has a conventional microwave , an huge fridge, induction cooktop and dish washer. A.C

The room was very clean and exactly as expected. It is in a great location right next to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. It was the perfect spot for art basel weekend. The property manager was very responsive and helped with anything I needed promptly. She also brought me extra towels and sheets at the start of my stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Parfait pour l appartement isolation parfaite juste Ă  cotĂ© de ocĂ©an drive mais peut-ĂȘtre prĂ©cisez le nom de l immeuble dans l annonce sinon la propriĂ©taire super sympa et nous a bien aidĂ© pour notre installation car pas de wifi pour nous

Did have to deal with pests such as roaches coming inside the room and dealt with being gaslit about them actually being roaches, but overall experience was simply okay. Helena is a treasure with how supportive she is through all of my requests and I do appreciate hosts response time to questions.

Great Location

Location of the apartment was perfect, place was clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Steps from the beach and restaurants. No issues with noise. Olga was a great host.

Cute Condo

Great location, close to beach and restaurants. Condo as pictured, although there is no stove or oven, only 2 hot plate burners. The unit needs to have a few items stocked for guests, such as: a dust pan/brush to get sand off the floor, a full size trash can with extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, etc. Communication with the property manager was frustrating, as it was difficult to get timely answers to my questions. In the end, I got the info I needed, and enjoyed the stay here.

unbeatable location, good communication with host

literally steps from the beach, boardwalk, even a free outdoor gym. unit was good, clean, had all the needed cookware etc. surprisingly not loud for being right by ocean drive. window is broken so I wasn't able to get fresh air other than via fan but hoping that gets fixed soon.

The location was fabulous. If you were on a budget, it’s a great place to stay. The only view is of the alley. A streetlight is situated right at your window, so it never gets dark. There is a king size bed however, housekeeping had put a queen size top sheet, and a queen quilt. it would’ve been nice if a broom had been provided in the room.

This property is exactly as described. It was the perfect place to stay if your on a budget! Steps from the beach and walking distance to all of the live action in South Beach. The host was super responsive, functional kitchen and everything I needed was in walking distance. Would definitely stay again

Wonderful renovated property!

This property is fantastic and everything as described! Everything you need is within close walking distance and no rental car is needed. Be sure to check out the free pineapple at the sandwich shop around the corner to the south! Only down side was very slight mildew "old building" smell in the room - recommend adding air fresheners. We loved our visit and would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property. Thank you1

Cute, Clean & Convenient

The building itself is an older Art Deco hotel located right on Ocean Drive. However the unit is newly renovated and very clean. Loved that the sofa converts to an extra bed very easily, The kitchenette and bathroom are also brand new. A/C is strong and the fan helps keep the room very cool. The host Olga was very helpful and gave us the lay of the land upon arriving. We had a little trouble with the WIFI info but eventually we all figured it out. One tiny detail that would have been convenient would be a few extra towels to use during our 5 night stay (we had a tight schedule and had no time to wash and dry them across the hallway) Also some extra trash bags would be good to have stored away for convenience. Otherwise, we enjoyed our budget-friendly stay , especially considering it is right in the center of everything and newly renovated. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs since theres lots of noise coming from the street, which is to be expected on ocean drive.
