Ce condominium est situĂ© dans le Ocean Walk Condominium rĂ©novĂ© (anciennement Ocean Walk Hotel) dans le cĂ©lĂšbre quartier Art dĂ©co de South Beach. Vous ĂȘtes Ă  distance de marche / vĂ©lo de toute l'excitation que South Beach a Ă  offrir; restaurants, discothĂšques, boutiques et le cĂ©lĂšbre Lincoln Rd., oĂč vous trouverez des restaurants et des divertissements Ă  l'extĂ©rieur ... tout.
Notre confortable studio en copropriété a des planchers de tuiles et des armoires avec comptoir en granit. Nous avons un lit double avec un tiroir pour faire deux lits jumeaux ensemble. (acheté chez Ikea) Vous trouverez notre studio confortable et trÚs propre et récemment repeint et décoré. Il a une piscine avec accÚs à la belle plage.
La propriĂ©tĂ© se trouve directement sur la plage (accĂšs direct). Les pĂ©riodes de location varient du court terme (deux jours minimum) au long terme (mois), et les tarifs dĂ©pendent de la pĂ©riode de l'annĂ©e et de la durĂ©e de la location. Nous sommes agrĂ©Ă©s par la ville de Miami Beach et l'État de Floride.
Les informations de stationnement seront transmises en cas de besoin, car vous devrez vous connecter au site Web de la ville de Miami Beach pour obtenir un permis de stationnement pour la zone 1. (Je vais vous aider avec ça. Les frais de stationnement pour la journée sont de 3 $. 21,

This was our third time at this lovely location. The unit was clean and cool. Check in was extremely easy. Gary and Maria are wonderful hosts with great communication. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We hope to be back again next year.

We had a great visit. The area around the property is really nice. The pool area is safe and the beach is very close. Loved walking down the path by the beach and nearby parks. We found a couple stores close by also and there are a lot of restaurants and bars really close.

Our stay at this Miami beach rental was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for an stress-free vacation. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back. We will be back again and again

We have stayed here around six times and we always have a wonderful trip. The hosts are responsive, the unit is clean and has everything you need. The card for chairs and umbrella saves you a lot of money. It’s very conveniently located right next to the beach. We will keep coming back at least annually.

Cozy getaway

Great location centralized in art deco district of south beach. Slight confusion of the parking situation but it got situated properly. Everything within walking distance and great close proximity to the beach. Really loved the ability to rent complimentary beach chairs and umbrella.

Wonderful stay

We booked the cozy Condo the second time. Everything is great, the Check-in and parking is easy, the Beach acess with the chairs and umbrella inluded is perfect for beach days! We highly recommend und will book again :)

Great location

Took a quick 3 day staycation. Unit was located in a quiet area and was located near everything you needed. I highly recommend the LaPlaya market around the corner for hot Spanish food and some snacks or drinks. Reasonable and super friendly.

We are Gary and Maria Elena. I was born in Miami, Florida and my wife has lived here for many years. We love the beach, especially the South Beach area. We purchased the studio for a get away place and also enjoy renting it to people and sharing what So. Beach has to offer. I worked for the City of Miami as a computer programmer, and I am now retired. My wife retired this year (2017) from Florida Christian school where she was a teacher, then an Elementary Principal for the last 10 years. She served at the school for 36 years. We have 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren. We love and enjoy our family and our American bulldog "Sophie".

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

South Beach has always been a favorite area of ours. We have seen it grow and be renovated the past few years. This area is historic and holds many memories of us going there to the So. Point as a teenagers. We were very happy to be able to purchase the studio in Ocean Dr. and, not only enjoy it ourselves, but also share it with people around the world.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Ocean Drive is a unique Art Deco and historic area. Ocean Drive is a world famous street with many clubs, restaurant and entertainment. Also, to the south of 5th street you can enjoy a more quiet tranquil beach atmosphere. You can go biking, go to the peer and walk down the water way to see the cruise ships coming or going out. Also, you can eat at Smith and Wollensky by the water way or walk down to Monty Trainers for a casual dinner by the bay and watch the beautiful sunsets and yachts.
