Perfect setting for our celebration!

We wanted a special place to celebrate our daughter's 30th birthday and my 60th (we share birthdays), and this place was great. Lots of room for us to share meals, play games, and do a lot of fishing. We'd love to come back again!

Host was great on communication and making sure our stay was great. The property location is amazing if you love the lake a. AC/Heat is setup for instant adjustments with the multiple mini splits and oh, that water pressure and hot water!! Nothing like an amazing shower after a day on the lake. So much room too - our whole family loved it. It was easy to pull up our boat to the dock as needed. Highly recommended.

The house was very accommodating, cool and clean as we entered for our stay. The house had comfortable seating, nice and abundant beds, as well as tv’s. There were all the necessary kitchen supplies, towels, and accessories. Be sure to bring your own coffee and shampoo. Great place and would gladly stay again.

We had such a great time, We especially enjoyed fishing off the dock. The weather was perfect. Mindy is a great host. The only downside was all the fish cleaning :)

Great stay on the lake!

We were so glad to find a house that is great for a group of adults. We had 4 couples. All king and queen size beds was perfect. We enjoyed the entire property including the boat dock and covered porches. The kitchen is huge and we had plenty of space for all our snacks and to cook meals. The host was very attentive and the check in process was great.

Lake House

Perfect property for our needs. There is a boat dock to park a boat so you don't need to pull your boat out of the water etc. The house is on a big lot with nice grass. The neighbors were super nice as well. The house was very updated and clean.

Absolutely in love with the house, property, amenities, just beautiful and SO Well Done. Pictures do Not do it justice! Neighbors are so kind and welcoming, owners are prompt and helpful and just a pleasure to rent from! I will be trying to do this Ever year same spot if possible!!

Loved this his place! Lots of room! Kitchen was so nice.

We have stayed before renovation! The remodel of the home and outside upgrades were awesome! The weather was a little too chilly and windy during spring break! We still had a great time celebrating my brother’s 65th birthday!

Perfect Accommodations

We were there for our daughters wedding at a venue on Lake Tawakoni. This house was perfect for our needs. The master had a huge bathroom with a dressing area which was Perfect for the bride! There were 11 in our group and there was more than enough space. Outside space was huge and beautiful as well. All in all it was a perfect weekend!

Great lake get away

The house is set up to house large family gatherings easily. The pavilion right off the house features a large grill with smoker, a couple of picnic tables, and several rocking chairs. The flexible mini split AC system allowed everyone in our party to keep cool at their preferred temperature, something that is truly appreciated in the Texas heat.

Perfect Lakeside Stay

This lake house is in a great location, several large covered outside areas Very nice dock. We were able to fish off of it, dock our boat and jet skis. The little kids even went for swims. The house has a huge kitchen with multiple areas to sit, visit, and eat. Open concept with kitchen, living area and sun room. Beautiful views of the lake. The interior was nicely remodeled. I also have to say the neighbors were friendly and helpful as well as Mindy. Easy to say we had a great time! Highly recommend this home.

Fun holiday stay

We had a wonderful time gathering with family and friends for Thanksgiving. This is a nice size house on the lake that was able to accommodate our needs. The host was great and easy to reach for any questions or issues we encountered.

Great for girls’ trip!

This house worked out great for our girls’ trip to shop in Canton! The house seems to be newly remodeled and is nice. The bed layouts worked well for us and were comfortable. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Everything worked well. Plenty towels and throw blankets. There is a small dip/ step in the tile floor in the back hallway and we did trip on it a few times. I would recommend putting a noticeable safety strip to help prevent that. Also, there were a few kitchen supplies we needed that were not available: pizza pan and wine opener. We made it work though. Thanks for a great stay!
