Yes the host was great the the place was very nice and new on the inside. Something that i would do is install USB outlets for charging stations for someone that doesn't have a plug in boxs

The townhome was close to the pool and beach. The house was beautiful and looked newly renovated, and very clean, We were a party of 6, and I was happy there were plenty of clean towels for everyone. Candy was very accommodating and she quickly answered my texts . The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, but the dishwasher basket was severely rusted, which made the glassware smell like rust . Also when we arrived, there was an intense MUSTY smell in the whole house. The next day the smell seemed to minimize when we turned on the air conditioner.

We had a fabulous stay and enjoyed beautiful accommodations and the gorgeous views. Everything was so clean and tastefully decorated
 so peaceful and relaxing. We loved taking walks on the beach and enjoying the views from our two balconies. We rented a car so getting in and out of historic St Augustine was easy. Check at Caps on the water
we loved the water views! Candy, our property manager, was a great communicator and kept us up to date with information throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Lovely property

We had a great visit and thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It is very clean and well decorated, everything was just as described. The view from the balconies was gorgeous. The rental is well stocked with everything we needed including a beach cart/chairs/towels for the beach. The bed and linens are very comfortable. Communication with the owner was easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again!
