Whether enjoying some glorious summer weather grilling on the spacious patio deck or watching snowflakes fall from the warmth of the indoors by curling up with a steaming cup of hot cocoa in front of the fireplace, this humble abode has all the comforts you're looking for! Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of 31 nights.

This cozy mountain retreat will comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults or up to 4 adults and 4 children with ease. This is a 1350 Sq Ft 3 bedroom/2 bath condo, with a private deck and open layout living room and kitchen.

-BEDROOMS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Bedroom1: 1 Queen size bed

Bedroom2: 1 Full size bed.

Bedroom3: 1 Full size bed.

1 Queen air mattress and 1 pull out twin cot available in the closet for extra sleeping arrangements.

-INDOOR LLIVING AREA:

1 flat screen TV in the living room and 1 flat screen TV in the master bedroom.
Gas fire place in the living room is available for enjoyment.

-Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, cooking utensils, knife set, cookware, kettle, coffee maker and mugs, toaster and a vegetables basket. Trash can under the sink.

-Outdoor living area: The deck is accessible from the living room, and includes patio dinning table and chairs. It also features a gas BBQ grill. All BBQ utensils are available in the kitchen.
