Clean renovated LAKEFRONT home on spring fed Lake Kerr in Ocala National Forest.

Lakefront home with new and improved dock on amazing spring fed Lake Kerr. Perfect area for swimming, fishing and boating. Within a few miles of hiking trails, springs for kayaking and ATV/UTV trails. Screened porch to enjoy your morning coffee and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. 3 kayaks and a paddleboard for guest use. Sandy beach for kids to play on and room on dock to anchor your own boat or you can beach your boat right on the beach. Covered deck/dock with lighting and fans. Also had open section of dock to sunbathe. Ring camera on front porch for added security. Plenty of yard space for cornhole (provided) and other games. Boat ramp is less than 1 mile from house. Salt Springs boat ramp and swimming area is within 2 miles from house which also leads into Lake George and other beautiful springs for swimming and snorkeling. Comfortably sleeps 8 in beds. Blow up mattresses available upon request.

We enjoyed our stay at the Lake House on Lake Kerr. The house was very clean and no issues at all. Very nice dock. The only issue is the steps off of the screen porch. Just a little steep for people with mobility issues. Beautiful backyard with plenty of shade to just enjoy the lake.We will be back for sure.

We loved this property inside and out. Beautiful view of the lake with a nice dock. The house had plenty of sitting for our group. Definitely will stay there again.

Loved our stay! It is a wonderful property with lots to do. Many board games to play, the kayaks were all used and so was the paddle board. The "little beach" was a hit also.The grandkids loved the big blue mat in the water! The dock was beautiful and they loved jumping off... Repeatedly!!

Lake House retreat

We’ve been coming to Lake Kerr for years and it was absolutely beautiful again. House is fantastic with a perfect location. Would come back here after year if I could.

Winter Fishing Trip

We have for many years gone fishing on the St John’s River, and this year decided to tryout Lake Kerr. The lake was wonderful and the house was amazing! All the amenities that anyone could possibly want. We all loved the dock being on the water, walking out of the house and stepping into our boats.Jennifer was a great host, and very responsive to any questions. We will definitely go back again!

Peaceful Lakehouse

We recently stayed at this lakehouse and had a lovely time. The open living room and kitchen space was comfortable for our family, and we also enjoyed hanging out on the lanai sectional and outdoor swing. The lake view is beautiful and serene as we hoped for. We will cherish the memories of our time there including campfires in the fire pit, family game nights with the many board games, kayaking on the lake, and just spending time together. The surrounding area is full of scenic springs and Silver Springs, in particular, is a must see. The owner was very responsive and super helpful when we had a little snafu with the electricity early in our stay. Overall this was a lovely property for our Thanksgiving week getaway.

Cozy & Quite

This property is in a very quiet neighborhood with access to everything outdoors. The lake is beautiful so bring the water toys! The house itself was neat & clean with plenty of space for a large group. The bed in the master bedroom needs replacing and maybe some lamps for living room & bedrooms for softer lighting. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with and very quick to respond. We would definitely stay again.

Lake house

Loved having the lake access...grandkids loved the onsite kayaks, playing non-stop in the water and fishing from the dock. House was clean with lots of common area. Great sideboard in kitchen for buffet meal service as family cooking is part of our family vacation protocol ; )

Fisherman’s Dream

Lake Kerr is just beautiful and my husband was in heaven fishing all day, every day. House was comfortable but needs more attention in the cleaning department. Loved the neighbors, Odd Todd’s tacos and the Square Meal restaurant. Just keep in mind, it’s rural and bear, bobcat and alligator friendly.

Relaxed and rejuvenated

Our family really enjoyed this lake house experience. The home is very clean, has a inviting decor, well stocked with supplies, beds very comfortable, and a very large screened porch. The outside is where we spent most of our time. Kids kayaked, fished, kept the fire pit fed, and enjoyed the swing. The kids never fought one time!! The lake is incredible. Boating, fishing, and just site seeing every day. The manager was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. Highly recommend this home and experience to anyone looking for a vacation away from the ordinary vaca hustle!!

Quiet, beautiful, convenient

Nice home for a family vacation right on the lake, with free kayaks to use right off the private deck, and BBQ dinner, and bun fire in a large yard in the evening. The house is 15-30 minutes drive from the most prestigious warm springs in the states where you can swim next to manatees! Would love to be back again!

Peace and tranquillity

The photos in the listing just don’t do the property justice. The house is clean and well appointed with all the comforts of home. Communication with the owner was great. The lakefront backyard is a dream. No sound except the birds and water lapping against the dock. My husband and I, his hunting buddy and our golden retriever are all pining for a return to this lakefront paradise.

Lake Get Away

We stayed here for a long weekend. The view of the lake is amazing and the sunsets are spectacular. The home has all the furnishings you would need for making meals and relaxing by the lake. Lots of boats games and 3 kayaks for family entertainment. The taco food truck is a must try and Salt Springs is a short drive away. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed a cruise on Salt Springs. We would definitely come back. This place was just what we needed for some R & R.

We are avid watersport lovers and have enjoyed coming to the lake for years and decided we needed to have our own place and be able to share it with others. It is truly our happy place.

Peaceful and relaxing! Also we love the proximity to the beautiful springs and side by side trails.
