Notre maison offre une vue sur la plus belle partie de la riviĂšre St Johns et de l'Ăźle Drayton. Un quai est disponible pour accĂ©der Ă  votre bateau et Ă  la riviĂšre. La rampe de mise Ă  l'eau est Ă  200 mĂštres. La propriĂ©tĂ© est bien entretenue, sĂ©curisĂ©e, peu frĂ©quentĂ©e et trĂšs calme, vous verrez des aigrettes, des aigles, des balbuzards, des lamantins, des dindes et bien plus encore. La propriĂ©tĂ© est Ă  proximitĂ© de 3 sources d'eau et du lac George. La pĂȘche et la navigation de plaisance sont idĂ©ales Ă  partir de cet endroit. Vous verrez des bateaux de toutes tailles passer devant le canal. La maison est confortable et bien entretenue avec des planchers en bois partout et des tapis dans le MBR. Le plan d'Ă©tage ouvert et le haut plafond offrent un environnement confortable Ă  l'intĂ©rieur et le grand porche grillagĂ© offre une vue sur la riviĂšre et de nombreux siĂšges. Relaxing in paradise.

Clean and neat as a pin. Open floor space with large kitchen/dining/family room ideal for 2 couples or family to share. Relax by the water, eat at good nearby restaurants, or stock up at grocery store nearby snd grill out. Enclosed porch was ideal for enjoying a meal or just sitting out.

Perfect Choice!

We came down to watch the races at Volusia Speedway. We met so many nice people at the local bars/restaurants. Paul’s place made us feel right at home.. it was very clean, very quiet, had everything you wld need, and the lake is beautiful. Paul might be one of the nicest people you will ever meet! We hope to be back next year!

Perfect guys weekend!

Quiet property and great location! Property was just as described... clean inside with the most comfortable beds.... usually when I'm on the road, I don't sleep well...I can tell you, that was not the case here... best sleep I've had in ages! There's a boat launch about 100yds away and a dock to tie up to with seating for fishing and great views of the lake! After a day of fishing and a run to Renegades on the River, we utilized both the front porch area and the dock. This place was everything that was expected!! Thank you to Mr. Singletary for your hospitality, it was pleasure to meet you!!

Snow bird stay

This property is nice and quiet with no traffic and a very nice dock. Sunsets on the dock along with fishing was very nice. The owner was very responsive to our requests. We spent the first few days cleaning the cabinets due to roach feces on everything. The property owner fumigated twice for us and brought in his cleaning person to help. Love the location and proximity to many nice areas of Florida. Daytona beach, St. Augustine and Orlando just being a few. The area is very small townish and everyone we met were friendly. The nearest grocery store was only 15 minutes away and the local restaurants had great food and friendly staff. There are boat rental options close by and we enjoyed the St. John’s river a lot.

Negative Experience

This place is roach infested! The refrigerator does not freeze. We had to keep milk and other perishables in the freezer just to keep it cool enough not to ruin. We washed all dishes and utensils prior to using because of roach infestation. Paul, the owner, denies roach infestation and the problem with the refrigerator.

Great stay

Large double wide mobile home with plenty of space. Nice screened porch. Fully stocked kitchen. Only a short walk to the owner’s dock on the river. He allowed full access to his dock and fish cleaning station. Definitely would stay there again.

Peaceful property with spectacular sunsets

We stayed here for 4 days - a central hub for all of the things we needed to do in N. Florida. The home was cozy and felt like "home". Our host was kind and knowledgeable - inviting us to watch the sunset on the dock. Quiet... calm... and a great restaurant down the street... we would definitely recommend this stay over and over again!

What a hidden gem! Great house and location. Paul was very accommodating. We brought our boat and used his dock; boat ramp was next door. Went to the area springs and fished. The local golf course was also a hidden gem (the back nine is beautiful!). Renegades (area restaurant) was fun for cocktails, Tiki bar and band was great. Didn’t discover hiking until the last day. Check out the area Florida Forest parks, a great hike and a cool spring to swim in. We’ll be back

A Place You Want To Go To

Paul and Brenda were outstanding hosts. Hard to find friendly people like them anymore. We caught fish, saw bald eagles, but the best was watching the manatees swimming a few yards away from their dock. Absolutely the best vacation spot we've ever visited!! Highly recommend staying at their Georgetown, FL location no matter what age you are.

We came for a peaceful weekend to do a lot of fishing. Boat ramp is within a couple of yards and was able to tie up to the dock after our launch. Mr Lloyd was more than accommodating and lived on the property. The house had plenty of room and was well stocked. The only thing that would have made it perfect is to be right on the lake. There were homes I front of us that blocked the view of the lake.
