In this modern 5-bedroom Villa with a privileged location, you have chill spots to enjoy: a living room with a pool table and also a covered terrace with furniture and other amenities.



In the backyard of the Villa you can enjoy a miniature golf course, a heated pool, a Fire Pit, a BBQ grill and a dining table where you will have the best time with your family and friends.

THE VILLA HAS AN OUTDOOR CAMERA TO CONTROL WHO GOES IN AND OUT, ALWAYS LOOKING FOR OUR GUEST SAFETY.



The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

Aventura is a great neighborhood, a really calm and familiar place to enjoy your stay.



You will find great restaurants around and the beach is just minutes away.



There are a few rules to protect and respect our neighborhood and our neighbor's quality of life:

- No loud noises or shouting.

- No loud music.

- No smoking indoors.

This property was poorly maintained and has some safety concerns that we feel like need to be addressed. On the quality front, the furniture that was in the house when we arrived did not match what was in the VRBO posting and the home was pretty rough. The carpets were dirty there were limited old bath towels, the heater on one side of the house didn’t work, the fire pit advertised in the posting didn’t work, and the grill advertised in the posting was not usable because it was out of propane. At a minimum VRBO should require them to update the photos to show actual furniture. The biggest safety concern was with the oven. It really needs to be replaced. There was foil burned to the bottom of it and parts of the bottom of the oven were deteriorated to the point that you can see the heating element exposed. If anyone cooks anything that drips grease on that spot it will cause a fire. Furthermore, the all the smoke detectors were missing from their brackets so if there were to be a fire in the oven there would not be any warning. Lastly the door next to the kitchen could not open so if someone needed to exit there it looks like a door but does not function. Overall this property really missed expectations and we could ourselves having to pivot on a lot of plans that we made base on our expectations of the property formed by the description in this post. Sadly disappointed.

It’s a nice home on the outskirt. First 2 days it rained so couldn’t really enjoy the pool. Last day was nice and sunny so we bbq. Check out was a bit early.

Great place for family group

We really enjoyed our stay, house was great, we enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. Only comments for improvement would be new cushions for outdoor seating and swings and plastic/acrylic dishes/glasses to use outside.

Miami weekend fun

Fantastic house with high quality property manager. From the booking process to check in, each of my questions were answered promptly. Upon arrival, me and my group were very impressed with the accommodations and amenities included. We had a wonderful visit and would certainly recommend it to any large group looking to stay around Miami!

Absolutely not

Honestly, whoever is managing this property should be fired. Items not working 
 pool filter, dryer (3C error code) leaving me with wet clothes, fire pit, kitchen sink, primary bedroom outlets, smoke alarm missing batteries (scary), patio doors in bedroom and kitchen, Things that are substandard — pool has algae issue completely unusable, significant mold issue under the sink, outdoor furniture is dirty and old - my brother in law fell through a lounge chair and hurt his back, entire house needs to be painted, no mirrors in most of the bedrooms.Last but not least in horrific list of items .. there is a disgusting smell that shows up at the most inopportune time likely from the black water pool in the zombie house next door. The VRBO posting listed this as luxury property which is completely misleading. Made the best of an unfortunate situation but I don’t feel the price charged for rental matches the way this property presents.

Could be a great place, but isn't

We rented the Luxury Villa in Aventura (also called the Aruba Villa on The Glam Home website) for a weeklong family vacation. It is not luxurious by any means!The furniture is in very poor shape: dirty, stained and broken. The pool table is disgusting, and the walls are dirty and unpainted. The many outlets didn't work and the dryer gave off a fish smell when used. This is a sign of an electrical issue (if you google unexplained fish smell, you'll see). The kitchen was stocked with mismatched dishes in cupboards so high I couldn't reach them safely. The trash cans were overflowing at the curb.There was an issue with one of the shower handles (the water wouldn't turn off) which took 3 days and 3 trips from plumbers to fix properly.And then there's the pool. It started light green from algae on the bottom. There were also leaves at the bottom as well as floating all over the pool. I brought the condition of the pool to the hosts attention several times asking for service. He sent someone 3 days in to our stay. He vacuumed the leaves and left. Each day the pool got greener and finally on the final day a different pool guy came. He vacuumed the pool and poured several bottles of chemicals in. He said we could use it in 4 hours. I was not going to swim in all the chemicals. The day we were checking out, the pool was a beautiful blue color. This house needs to be taken off the listing and deep cleaned and redecorated. Pictures are not accurate!!!

Not a glam nor a luxury house

The house location, the heated pool and the pool table were the only positive notes of the rental. We were 12 family members of all ages but the house is not equipped for a group of more than 8 persons. The kitchen is missing basic utensils - we had to buy plastic plates and glasses - there was nothing to clean the house, there were not enough blankets for all the beds, the outdoor patio is dirty, the outdoor furnitures had spots everywhere and some were broken, the fire pit doesn’t work, the furnitures in the pictures are different - much better - than the ones in the house, among other issues. When I asked for support to the property manager the only help that he could offer was to send someone, which was appreciated, but he could not help on some of the basic issues (not enough blankets, almost nothing to cook or eat in the kitchen,
). I would not recommend to stay in this house!. We could smell past bachelor parties that occurred in this house. It won’t take much to bring back the glamour

Great house

We had a great stay. Beds were very comfy! Private fenced in back yard was so nice for our small dogs! Managers were very helpful and quick! Our water heater went out and they had it replaced the same day.

Great for a group!

This is great for a group! Enough beds and space. Backyard is fantastic. Kitchen is massive and has a lot of appliances. Great location to get to Miami or Hollywood area! Definitely recommend.

Louisiana 337 Men’s trip

Everyone really enjoyed the time we stayed there. We had pretty much everything we needed. We just wish the water was a little hotter while taking showers. But it was a pleasant stay. Do you have any properties in the Jacksonville Florida area. We may make this an annual event/trip.

The house needs some TLC. The firepit didn’t work, I was told you need a lighter to lite the stove (fire hazard), the grill missing a grate, drape rod fell in the bedroom and the TV in the bedroom didn’t work.
