Fun party house close to the airport

Good house for a bachelor party or similar large group! Great pool and hot tub, lots of space to chill outdoors. Good spaces indoors too, with a separate apartment on the second floor.

House served its purpose, location was convenient to where we went, house needs a better cleaning service. Add hand towels in the bathrooms, and a trash can in the upstairs apartment. Communication from host was good.

Great Place for Large Groups

This was one of the coolest places I have ever had the pleasure of booking. There was so much space and comfort. The neighborhood was very cool also. There was so much food and culture. It's also very convenient to everything in Miami.

Nice property area not so nice

The property was roomy. Couldn’t enjoy the yard. All pillows were covered in ants. Hair was left in shower. Like the decor. Rat was on back yard. Pool swallow. Maybe add outside fan.

Family Vacay!

Overall, the entire family loved the home! The teenagers were very impressed with the look and flow of the home and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night. They felt as if they had their very own apartment, given that it is essentially two units combined. There was plenty of room for everyone as there were 16 of us total. I would recommend more towels to be available or a set of pool towels onsite for the guests. The host always responded in a timely matter and was very accommodating. The house was also in a nice central location, especially in regards to the activities planned for the children, including the Balloon Museum, Bayside Marketplace, and the beach.

This really was a bad stay. First, the neighborhood isn’t the best. It’s rated the 4th most dangerous area in Miami (2025). Then the house is filthy, they definitely didn’t clean the floors before we arrived and all of our feet were completely black from walking around the house. There is a horrible smell inside and every single room has an air freshener, with the main area that dispenses an automatic aroma that’s overpowering. You can still smell a disgusting smell, maybe from the furniture that may have mold or mildew. The furniture is not safe to sit on, the legs on the chairs around the kitchen table and the legs of the couch are wobbly and about to collapse. The bed mattresses are all stained and none of the beds have waterproof covers over them. The worst part is there are no fire/smoke detectors or carbon monoxide detectors anywhere in the house (downstairs or upstairs). I will say the backyard and space is the best part of the house. It’s hard to find a yard that big with a beautiful pool. But unfortunately with all the negatives of the house I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
Legs of couch
Scratches and dirty floor
Missing fire/smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
Door frame of front door, as if someone has tried to break it down
