It boasts an entire wall of windows and glass doors that lead to a wraparound balcony. The balcony is fully furnished, featuring a wooden dining table, outdoor couches and chairs, and a grill. The modern living area includes a chic sectional and two accent chairs, which face a floating entertainment center and TV. A dedicated work desk sits on one side of the living area, while two bucket chairs and a round table make up an intimate seating ensemble on the other side. The kitchen and dining area are characterized by a contemporary style. The hardwood dining table is flanked by bench seating and two chairs. White stools provide extra seating at the adjacent kitchen island. A bonus living room is located on the first floor. The room has a white wraparound couch beside a set of windows overlooking the property’s pool.
