The Best Condo

The property is pretty nice, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. My issue was as soon as we arrived we noticed roaches. The place seemed clean but they were in every room in the condo. We called and they brought some bug spray which we used but this definitely made me unable to even eat in the home. We were only there for a long weekend but I was not comfortable cooking because of the roaches.

Great location!

This is a great spot for a beach stay! A short walk to the beach and basically right across from Pompano Joe’s restaurant, this place is right in the middle of the action on Miramar Beach. Everything was nice and updated in the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT

This condo is right across the street from beach with a beautiful beach view. The beds are super comfortable. It has recently been renovated and it's beautiful from top to bottom. Great communication with management from booking to departure.

Great location and very clean!

The condo was very clean and updated. The location really makes this place outstanding. We were able to walk to the beach each day and send a runner back to the condo to reload snacks and drinks. My only upgrade would be a new large non stick skillet. The one in the kitchen has some miles on it. Overall a great experience. 5/5 would stay here again.

Fall Break Getaway

We absolutely loved the location of this property. Although it is not directly on the beach, we were only about a 2 minute walk from the beach. Also, our unit had a great view of the ocean!

Places I have stayed at preciously have required us to clean and do laundry. The requirements here were to start the dishwasher. I did wash a load of towels and throw them in the dryer and started a load of sheets. This place had a crockpot for us to use and lots of bowls and coffee cups. A regular coffeepot and a Keurig pot. Great location and condo

The location is great, right across the street from the beach and on a walking path along the beach. Condo was also great and perfect size for our group. The beds were really comfy too. The outside doesn’t look like much, but the inside was nice and updated. Our kids loved the pool too. It would be nice if they provided beach towels and some sort of plastic cups and storage containers. It was very difficult communicating with the host leading up to check in- took weeks for an answer to my question and some the info they provided was incorrect. I think this would be different if it wasn’t a large property management company, but I recommend they get more customer service reps.

Everything was very fine. There were a couple of issues and you came and fixed it quickly and we appreciate that. One thing though is possibly mopping the floors a little better after people have stayed. We came in that night and the floors we're clean as far as sand but they were dirty very dirty on our bare feet. That would be my only suggestion. Thank you again

Perfect location

The condo was so comfy and homey! The inside is super nice. The outside does not look like much but don’t let that stop you. It’s a small complex in the perfect location and we never heard our neighbors through the walls.

This property was quite nice. It was newly updated, clean, and location was great. The beds and pillows were SO comfortable! Unfortunately, and likely due to current nationwide staffing shortages, communications with the property management company was difficult, both for phone and email.
