A three star that could be a five star if was given some updates and TLC. The Good: location, new apliances and countertop in the kitchen, new countertops in bathrooms, new stairs and decking around exterior. The Bad: The place needs to be deep cleaned and a fresh coat of paint, towels and wash clothes were old and stained,broken hinge on toilet seat in master bath, cracked toilet handle master bath, shower heads need replaced, shower head in main bathroom has a constant drip. The really Bad: Every bar stool and the kitchen table are unstable and not safe to sit at. It all needs replaced. We were afraid that they would break and we would be held accountable for damage so we just sat at the coach and avoided it.

The apartment wasn't clean, when we entered we couldn't get in due to construction. Air went out doing visit. The good thing was the beach and it was quiet and safe. Tub also was leaking bathroom in hallway.

Condo was located in a quiet neighborhood just a couple of blocks away from the beach. Area is nice and friendly. Condo was comfortable and accommodating. We would definitely recommended staying if you are looking to enjoy all Destin has to offer, but also have a space to relax and unwind. My kids loved the property pool as well.

Perfect!!

This condo was amazing! It did have a washer and dryer, which was an added bonus that wasn’t listed. The kitchen light was unfortunately burned out, so we had to use a lamp for lighting but it wasn’t a huge deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach Getaway

My family and I had a good time staying in the beautiful condo. Everything was newly renovated and clean. The great thing was the location, it's literally 5 mins away from the beach. Long story short I would definitely recommend.

Very clean and cute condo. Nicely furnished and comfortable too. Friends trip this time 3 ladies 60 plus. Few items missing but made do.

Mirimar Beach Florida

We had a wonderful stay here at this condo. It was just as the pictures described. Everything was clean and perfect for our arrival. Nice full kitchen with everything you need to make meals. Beds were very comfortable and linens were nice and fresh. Easy walk to the ocean which we did everyday. The pool was clean and comfortable and we loved relaxing by that in the afternoons Management was very communicative with any questions or concerns we had. Overall just a perfect stay. Loved t!! We would definitely stay again!

Concert Weekned

We stayed here for the Bootleggers Bonfire weekend at the Topeka venue. Unit was clean and comfy. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Unit provided dishes and pans along with washer and dryer.

Okay for the Stay

The property is in a lovely location and the amenities were as listed. We have stayed at these condos before so we knew what to expect. What we did not expect was the mess when we arrived. There was trash in all the trash cans and bugs flying around, dirty linens on all beds, dirty dishes, sand everywhere and clothing from a previous guest. We contacted the host upon arrival and never heard back. Because the host never responded, my family promptly got to cleaning and when a cleaning lady showed up 2 hours later we already had the place cleaned up and linens washing. It would have been nice to receive a response from the host at least letting us know that someone was coming to the condo to clean. We will definitely be staying in Crystal Village again but not with this host.

Great Stay

The check in process was very easy. The property was just as described. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few easy meals. The location was easy to walk with my tween to the beach.

Great place in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property that is conveniently located within 2 blocks of the beach, which was easy to walk. In addition, there are 2 community pools to choose from if someone didn't want to walk that far. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit was clean, had all the essentials and located in a good neighborhood where we felt safe day and night. We'd go back again if in the area.

Family Getaway

Good location with easy walking to boardwalk and beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, even if a little chilly. We enjoyed having a a washer and dryer, which made packing light very easy. We would definitely stay here again!
