Dolphin Retreat-3 bedroom 2 Bath Marathon Home w Private Pool & 60 foot Dock

Have you been dreaming of a sun-soaked Florida Keys getaway with ample space for your whole family? Turn those dreams into a reality at this canal-front three-bedroom Marathon home with private pool, a location that's perfect for high seas adventures, and room for up to 8 guests.
Heated pool on request with a fee of $350 for the week. Only heating the pool during the months of November to April each year. Dockage can handle a boat up to 60 feet on length.
Home has a ton of patio chairs, lounge chairs, table that seat 6 and more. Homes bathrooms have been updated fully.
Back yard has a large open canal that leads to the Bay for great fishing, diving, snorkeling and much more for the family. Dock has a filet table and water on the dock. Outside pool area has a bait freezer with a full size fridge for all the extra food or drinks! Home is located in Marathon middle Keys with great food and grocery stores for all your needs.
City is very strict on the amount of people in the home. If you bring more than 8 people there will be a an issue so please make sure you do not go over that amount. Please stay safe and enjoy the home...please note home has a ring camera at the front door and one camera that faces the pool equipment and on back side of the home.

very nice home, well laid out and furnished of a week in the keys. easy in easy out boat ramp very close and the canal is a straight shot the the gulf. we were very happy going back in 2026.

Well equipped kitchen for any meal you might want to cook. Loved the spacious layout of the house. It never felt crowded for our group of 8.

Amazing house, great location, and the backyard was the perfect oasis. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again! Just a heads up to bring your own garbage bags, toilet paper, laundry soap, and we had to get hand soap.

Wonderful Stay!!

We stayed for 9 days in Dolphin retreat. The house was setup as pictured, plenty of space, big kitchen and outdoor hangout area with pool is so ideal for after a day on the boat. We were in contact with Property Manager, Meghan, her response time was very efficient and helpful. The house has everything you need; from pots and pans, to extra towels for bathrooms and pool. Access off canal to the Bay side, was convenient and quick for boating. We highly recommend this house!! Can't wait to come back!

Plenty of room, nice pool and great dock

Lovely, spacious house. Very clean and great kitchen. Nice pool, dock area and outside area with tiki shelter all wonderful. Only one negative comment: grandson went behind the bar area and cut his head on low, clear glass shelf he didn’t see. I would absolutely stay here again!

Gulfside experience

We enjoyed the peaceful gulfside. We always stayed on the Atlantic side before. Enjoyed fishing at Bethel area. Snorkeked at Sombrero reef. The house was perfect for the 2 couples. Pool was great after a day of fishing/boating.

Absolutely beautiful

We had an amazing stay this week and don't have a single complaint about this house! From the second we opened the door we knew we made the right choice. We felt so at home we wish we didn't have to leave.

Sunshine Escape

Everything in the house description was spot on! It was clean, comfortable, and convenient to anything that you'd want to do. The little things that were provided like salt and pepper, coffee filters and foil, beach towels, not to mention the shampoo/conditioner were totally awesome and unexcepted! You are literally in the middle of the Island and it makes for a very easy run to get groceries, going out to eat or shopping; even going to the different Islands, an hour either way!We enjoyed our stay here very much and would recommend it!

Beautiful spot!

My husband & I loved Dolphin Retreat. The house was amazing. We kayaked on the canal.We love the beaches and ended our days in the warm & relaxing pool. It is a great place to stay.

A True Relaxing Retreat

The property was as advertised and found to be perfect for our needs. Well appointed and immaculately clean. A few minor issues have been related to the host which I a sure will be taken care of. The only major initial issue was with the pool being heated which was rectified in short order. As related to the host, the amenities listed include “Heated Pool” only in the fine print and after the booking did I see the charge for heating. As I said the host and owner rectified the situation and all is good. I just feel there should be truth in advertising. If there is a fee for pool heat list it up front not hide in fine print. VRBP should request this

Christmas stay

The place and pictures are accurate and the place was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. We had an infant and they had a pack-n-play wish we knew about because we brought one. Location was great we drove to Key West one day and it was an hour and easy drive. The pool we had heated and it was well worth it and a great pool with a nice back yard area to relax. I would recommend and would def stay again in the future.

Great Place

The house and location were excellent . Especially liked the two living rooms. Kids had their own TV !!!!!! Being boaters the close proximity to the ramp was appreciated. Will definitely be back .

Amazing vacation home

Our stay was amazing. We go to the keys every summer but this by far was the best stay. The house was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing and the water view and dock were perfect for our boat and getting out to the water quickly for fishing. Definitely recommend

Great family get away!

The property was just as described. The house was very clean and well supplied. The pool was a total hit. The location was great. Plenty of good restaurants and the beach were close by. Loved that there was a pack n play. A few beach chairs would have been nice but we made do. We would definitely rent here again.

Great Stay!

The home was just as listed and even more amazing in person. The property manager was quick to respond and made our stay seamless. The home was very clean upon check in and had everything needed for a week’s stay. The grill and pool were just what you needed after a day on the water. We did bring two boats and found there to be more than enough space for docking with direct access to the gulf side and just a few minute ride to the Atlantic via 7 mile bridge or vaca cut. Sunset cruises were the thing with just having to shoot out the canal for a million dollar view. We thank you for allowing us to stay and would definitely book again!

Family Getaway

We had a great time on our family vacation, the house/pool were awesome, so comfortable and relaxing! The pool definately served its purpose, and I highly recommend paying to heat it. So worth it! Also, there were so many "extras", particularly in the kitchen! We would absolutely choose to stay here again! Thank you so much for providing us with such a memorable getaway!
