Tremendous location within walking distance of downtown Traverse City, with all the delightful restaurants and shops. City Side Lofts is centrally located between East and West bays, in a neighborhood with access to beautiful parks and beaches. Please keep in mind that our condo is located within the city, on a high traffic road. This is perfect for walking to local attractions, but keep in mind that some street noise should be expected.

The condo itself was nice and appeared as advertised. Good location for our needs and walkable to downtown area and easy access to walking path along the bay. The road noise, however, was much loader than anticipated. We have lived in downtown Grand Rapids, and the road noise here was much louder and more consistent and made it difficult to sleep. This unit is street side first floor unit which probably made the noise worse. Would stay in the complex again, but would choose a different unit,

We could not get into the building because the passcode was changed while we were driving 5 hours to the city. We tried to message the host with no response. We were finally let in by someone else stating there. The unit was just ok. It was very loud from the street noise and no view of the lake at all. The parking lot spaces were very tight and I had to let my guests out before parking in a spot and we are not big people. The parking lot was also poorly lit which made us not feel vert safe for a group of all ladies at night. We ended up getting another place to stay for our girls weekend where we felt safer at.

A great stay

Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and beaches. The property manager was very quick and kind in responding to my questions before and during our stay. Rooftop seating was great, especially for morning coffee. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lovely downtown condo

Great condo with all the extras. Perfect for a little weekend getaway trip. There were even ear plugs for the late night traffic noise. This condo is conveniently located to everything.

Super clean. Had every single thing we needed. Location is perfect. Shopping, beaches, restaurants, marinas, parks - all nearby. The table book was organized with maps and reccomendations - very helpful. Key codes, parking - very easily. Perfect place for me and the kids!

Great location and very clean!

Great location, home was very clean, check in and check out was super easy! Only negative was that the pull out bed was broken so the place technically only sleeps 4 and not 6. We had 6 people so this was a big bummer.

Perfect for a Girls Trip

The unit was clean, easy to access, & in a safe area. Proximity to DT & the wineries. Only feedback is that the water filter needed to changed out & the master bedroom was noisy with traffic. They provided ear plugs however, so they came in handy.
