Summary:
This townhouse is located on the North East corner of the Fresh Water Flats development and boasts premium views of West Bay and downtown. Walking distance to everything Traverse City has to offer.

The Space:
Enjoy the convenience of parking in your own garage. Living room/ kitchen are on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the third floor. Spiral staircase to your own private rooftop deck with panoramic views! King bed, queen bed, and a pull out couch for sleeping. Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Cruise downtown on one of the beach cruiser bicycles included.

Other Things to Note:
There is an additional parking spot adjacent to the building that is available upon request for $25 per stay.

Location was great! The townhouse has a lot of stairs, which makes the place seem smaller than what the pictures show. Overall, a good place to stay for 2-5 people.

Everything was wonderful. We had a little problem locking the door leaving but the owner was nice enough to call me & talk me through it. We also loved the balcony view and how everything was so close and in walking distance.

Great place!

Annual best friend trip. Great location and the property was clean. Wr had a slight problem with the heat and the property manager took care of it very promptly. Quiet place and beds were comfortable. Will stay here again.

A quiet location in walking distance to downtown.

The place was just as shown. Nice and clean. The only two issues (very minor) was the wifi instructions were not accurate (just used cellular) and it would have been nice to be able to use the exterior garage door opener, rather than have to go into the garage via the door to open it.

Nice place decent location

Check in and communication with the property manager was really good. The condo was a good size for four ladies. There are a lot of steps and the garage is really small, our car barely fit. The location is really good though. Close to the beach and shopping downtown. There is a breakfast place, Sisters, one block over. Beds were comfortable.

Great Girls Getaway

This property was the perfect location for our girls getaway. The rooftop area was so nice with a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to walk to and enjoy food, shopping, drinks, and activities.

Townhome was clean and very efficient. The communication was great with the host and she was very kind. We have a family of 5 and it was a very tight fit. It was very difficult and not comfortable to all be in the “living area” at the same time. We also had a suburban that did not fit in the garage, therefore had to pay an unexpected extra 25 per day to park in the parking lot conveniently located behind the property.

Perfect location for Traverse City Cherry Festival

This property is clean, new, and has partial view of the bay. Great location with waterfront and downtown area in walking distance ! We watched the fireworks and Blue Angels air show from our own rooftop! Very cool!

Enjoyed our stay here, location was terrific, however, just be aware there are a LOT of stairs!! Everything is up and down stairs, three levels.

Great Condo!

This property was everything it promised to be! We had a wonderful time in TC doing lots of great beer drinking! We were able to walk everywhere. Loved the roof top setting!

Great place

4 ladies for girls weekend & place was perfect! Great size & 2 baths made getting ready easy. Beautiful view & location let us walk every where. Garage parking is tight & large SUV won’t fit, but no other issues at all. Highly recommend.

Nice Townhouse

The Townhouse was great and in a good location. We would stay there again if ever back in Traverse City. The view of Lake Michigan was a plus. The description on VRBO was accurate. We did not give this a 5 star rating due to a few issues at the townhouse. First, the exact location and the check-in instructions were not very well communicated. It did not help that we arrived after dark. Second, the TV in the townhome was difficult to use.....we never did figure it out. We requested information from the host several times but never received a satisfactory response. Third, the view from the rooftop was impressive. Unfortunately, there were too many gnats on the roof to enjoy the view or to stay up there for more that 5 minutes.

Traverse City

Enjoyed the property very much. Walking distance to everything downtown. The condo was just as described. My only suggestion is to warn renters that only a normal size vehicle can fit in the garage. I had a Ford F-150 and it couldn’t come close to fitting. Although, the condo has an additional parking space just outside the back door so it was no problem.
