Host was attentive after he forgot to give entry code - but the place was dirty. Floors dirty, cup in the cupboard dirty, dirty baseboards, doorways. The entire place needs a fresh coat of paint.

A cozy location with good location

The property was a good fit for our little family. We even had our dogs with us and the yard worked out well for them. The kitchen was a nice size and nice washer dryer available.

Quiet Part of Town

The place was decorated with contemporary decor that stands out and feels like an actual house. Spacious areas too. Restaurants and Convenient Stores are really close. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

This property was very nice! This duplex was perfect for my dogs and I. It had a nice little yard and a patio table and chairs for me to hang out at while my dogs were outside. It also had covered parking in the back!

Relatively clean. Odd bathroom configurations. No towel racks in master bedroom and very limited counter space on vanity. Toilets very low flow and required multiple flushes. Host very nice and helpful. Overall quite relatively functional. Bed in master could have been bigger for 2 people.

Disappointed

I would recommend deep cleaning, paint and main bath renovation at the least. Table in living room taped together should be replaced. First impression is important to people and the condition of this home is not at all what pictures depict. WiFi did not work to use TV. Parking is an issue as welll.

Property Manger

I booked the property on November 8 to stay for the week of Thanksgiving. He reached out to me on November 16 that the property wasn’t going to be available because the owners wanted to stay in their home. He sent me a property that was too big and not small and personable to be with my small family for the holidays and very outdated. I told him was there any other properties and he said no.I asked him how the owners could do this last minute and he stated verbatim. This is their home they can do that And I said I don’t like the property and he said he would refund me. So it be November 16 a week before Thanksgiving there isn’t many properties left so I am immediately booked a property. Who wouldn’t being last minute and very few properties left. When I never received my confirmation email saying it was canceled. I then called Vrbo spoke to representative and stated that they will be penalized for canceling. I then reached out through app and stated I never received refund or cancellation and please do so because I booked another property. He responds with the property is now available for you. You can now stay at property. He knew I had purchased the insurance policy and wanted me to cancel. I reached out through Vrbo. They reached out to him. They have an on documented how unprofessional he was and they apologized over and over but I still was charge $730 for a property I’ve never stayed at, so I feel sorry for the owners. It is not their fault.
