Four bedroom two bath with easy access to interstate 20 just off of Loop 250 on the west side of Midland fully fenced yard equipped kitchen as well as grill and covered patio area. There are 50 inch TVs in every bedroom as well as a 65 inch TV in the living room there’s a D stream app for cable TV and HBO max to enjoy.

Host was amazing and answered EVERY phone call we made the first day. We didn’t find any hand/face towels in the home. The bathroom rugs in the master bathroom need to be laundered, and our confirmation email with specifics hadn’t been updated to reflect new house rules. Those are a few of the little things we’d like to mention but in NO way did that hamper our stay.

Family reunion for my 83 yo Dad

The house was absolutely beautiful. And our host Steven was very helpful and responded to questions immediately. I highly recommend him and hope to be back again soon.

Pics look much better than in person. House too busy with too many patterns. Pets allowed, but fence and yard unsafe for them. Holes in fence and items in yard that could hurt animals. Sliding glass patio and 1 window at back of house locks not working. Keypad on door, but turnable lock also on front door allowed us to lock ourselves out. Good thing we'd forgot to put pool stick back at sliding door because we let ourselves rt back in.

According to my workers this stay was very unpleasant. Front door had to be locked with a piece of wood, refrigerator did not work causing all of their food to go bad, dishwasher did not work as well, the worst was dirty sheets and hair from previous guest on the mattress. We will not stay here again.

Nice Place - Worked Great for our Family

Nice place to stay for families. Owner was great to work with. No major issues. It was our first time in Midland/Odessa. It made it nice.

"Get what you pay for" :/Stayed two nights while attending wedding. It was fine for the brief times that we were actually there. But....i would have had serious issues if we had to stay much longer than we did. House is old and needs a lot of repairs. Plumbing in master bathroom had low pressure from sink. And it literally takes 20 minutes for toilet to refill enough to flush again. Inconvenient with multiple people trying to get ready at once. Shower was fine. Shampoo was mix of products that are left for each new guest to share.Electricity issue in form of: one bedroom the lights go out when tv turned on. Another bedroom an outlet stops wirking when lights turned off. Unpleasant suprise to find that your phone did not charge while sleeping.Fridge is old and didn't close right. I found ironing board but could not find an iron. Another inconvenience when trying to prep for wedding ceremony. Description says two beds in one of the rooms. Owner texts back very quickly...but said it was put in garage at request from previous guest. My two adult sons shared a bed because they didn't want to sleep on bed that had been in the garage.We didn't use stove or diseasher. Overall..served its purpose. But would not stay there again.

Family Christmas

I rented the house for my family who all came to Midland to have Christmas with my nephew and his family. It was going to be a total of 3 couples and my mother. I wanted us all to have our own bedrooms so that noone would be sleeping on couches or blow up mattresses. Several of us like to watch TV in bed until we fall asleep. So I also LOVED that each bedroom had its own TV. The sectional gave us plenty of room to sit and hang out. The fenced in backyard and covered deck were also great to have. There was even a beautiful Christmas tree for us to enjoy.

Testing in midland

The house we originally rented was pulled out from under us at the last minute. When we arrived in looked like the ghetto part of town, mop bucket & cleaning supplies were in middle of living room, the back yard was so small an area it was worthless to us for our dogs. Then cleaning lady comes barging thru the house without knocking to get her supplies. I’m glad we only booked this place for 1 nite as it was totally unacceptable. Also problems with leaking water. I’ll never book this again!

Weekend escape to West Texas

This property has great beds to sleep in and several beds/rooms which is a great plus. Unfortunately I think the people who last stayed there did not care for the home well. I communicated with the owner/property manager and all of the issues were corrected in nearly an hour! Great response time!
