Regatta Point, Unit 2 - Ground floor, 2 bedroom/bathroom is one of 6 full-function vacation rental units on Elizabeth Harbour/Kidd Cove, completely surrounded by water. Is on it's own small private island on the George Town side of Elizabeth Harbour connecting into George Town via causeway. Having all the convenience of central-town location, it's also completely secluded and apart from the light bustle of town.

Grocery stores, rental boats, water taxis, restaurants/bars etc. are all within 10 minutes walk. Another great convenience is being only a mile away from Stocking Island with it's expansive, stunningly beautiful beaches (easily accessible by rental boat or water taxi). Air conditioned & free WiFi

Wonderful stay in Exuma

We had a wonderful week at Nancys, the grounds are absolutely beautiful she definitely has a green thumb and with the views it's the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. I can't say enough about her attentiveness to her guests.

If you want to stay in George Town, this is the place. You get a great view of both the town and view towards the boats and Stocking Island. Nancy is an excellent host who has been a resident for a very long time and can guide you on your way.

Wonderful!

Very nice property and excellent host! Rented a boat and kept it right in our front yard!! Close to grocery store, Church, Restaurants and Dive shop! Nancy the host was always available for recommendations and very knowledgeable about island!

Regatta point at Christmas

Nancy was a wonderful host and staying at her rental was an amazing experience The property grounds and views are exceptional. The building is aged but well cared for. Bring your extension cord for your chargers, because there are limited outlets. You will definitely enjoy staying with Nancy at Regatta point, we will be back for sure.

Perfect place to stay!!!

We are a family of 5, so often times finding enough beds for all of us is difficult or totally unaffordable! I found this property and it was perfect!! Had More than enough space for all of us and we had a private island basically all to ourselves! Couldn't have been better! Well except maybe air conditioning 😅

Convenient location with beautiful surroundings

This place was perfect for us to walk to store & also meet friends on the water. A few things need repaired but overall it was spacious for our family of 5. Landscaping is perfect. Staff & Nancy are delightful. It’s a little bit noisy with construction nearby, but fans help keep that to a minimum. Loved & brought extension cord recommendation from another family. Met lovely neighbors. Would stay here again!

Lovely place

We lived in Nancy’s lovely apartment for 9 days in August. And We had such a Nice stay. The place of the apartment is so Nice, Quiet, private and cozy. We could walk to everything needed: boat-Rental, grocery, water-taxi and restaurants. And Nancy is so kind and a very helpful host. We didn’t expect housecleaning, but We had New Towels, and House-cleaning every Second Day - such a Nice surprise. The maid was very Sweet and gave a lot of Nice tips. If you go to exuma this is a Perfect place to stay. The island is also a historic place - the pirate Captain Kidd has lived on the Island , Nancy gave us the history

Great Location!

We loved being walking distance to stores and food. Yet it was peaceful and had the ocean within steps. Nancy and Croft were so kind and welcoming.
