There were float tubes, plenty of kitchen cooking tools, plates, silverware, etc. Lots of beach towels. Groceries and eating out is expensive, so bring your own and perhaps some extra toliet paper. The tub slows very slowly and we could not get anything but scalding water, but the shower was great. Very convenient, clean, and functional. Highly recommend.

The property is located in a gated community with courteous staff at the office, which helped us with a slip for a rented boat at the marina. felt safe at all times. the house was clean and steps from the water. Had a great time. Thx

Wonderful stay

We love staying in February Point for the location and beauty of the houses right on the water with a dock to keep your rental boat. Beautiful views from the house inside and out. Amazing stay once again.

Sea Turtles and View were the Highlights!

We had a blast, and enjoyed the property! A quick walk to the pool & restaurant. The place was great for kids and easy to keep clean. We loved Exuma and will go back for sure!

Spacious home with great views

February Point is best option for near town accommodations with a secure place to stay. Area is very nice with easy access to all the area has to offer. Would stay here again!

Need a more accurate street address. Looked for “ Eleven Steps to the Beach” but couldn’t find that address. Didn’t realize until day 2 it had a different name. A larger coffee pot would be my only other suggestion.Thank you!

I cannot come close to describing what a wonderful stay we had at this home. It is beautiful inside and out. Everything was exactly as promised in the description. The location is perfect. I would stay here again on our next visit.

Great location!

We loved staying here. The pictures don’t do the unit and February Point justice. Very nice, clean. Loved being right on the beach. Pool at Beach Club was nice. Great to have a restaurant on site. Location is central to the island and very safe. Highly recommend.

This place was amazing!!! This was our 4th trip to Exuma and we have stayed at many great places but this was by far the best! Way better in person! The property had everything we needed to cook, beach chairs, floats, tons of movies, and the best part is you can walk right out the back and be at the beach. We will be staying at this property every time we come back. Also the water does get hot you just have to give it a few minutes to heat up. This is consistent with ALL of the properties we’ve stayed at on the island, that’s just how it is there.

The Best Location

I believe this spot in February Point is the best location on the island. This is one of the few beach front locations in a gated community. Although we felt safe everywhere on Exuma, it was nice to have the secluded neighborhood and quiet beauty of our own little bay to snorkel. The neighborhood is centrally located on the island and so close to Georgetown. Beautiful memories.

February Point Fun

Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)

The pictures in this listing do not do the place justice! It is absolutely gorgeous! Right on the beach with a pool next door. We had the pool to ourselves everyday. Gated security. The beach out front is great to swim, we saw turtles everyday. Looking forward to staying again!

11 steps to hard chairs.

Home was clean and had all the things you would need to be self-sufficient. It is in a nice, centralized location on the island. The home is showing some wear on the exterior. The view is beautiful. Only negative mark would be the lack of comfortable outdoor seating, no lounge chairs or soft chairs to hang out in. Exuma is a beautiful place with the friendliest of people.

Beautiful property

This property is amazing. Very well appointed house. Every kitchen item you could need. Very clean. The view is amazing. We watched for turtles every morning. The location is great close to Georgetown and kind of in the middle of the island so everything was within a 1/2 hr. Lots of beach toys at the house. We had a very relaxing vacation

Beautiful ocean view and peaceful location

The view of the ocean from the house, waterfront and upstairs balcony is worth the price! Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Great to have in-unit washer and dryer. The house floors could have been cleaner and needs a little maintenance (doors hard to open and lock), outdoor furniture is weathered, but it is beachfront so the weather probably ages them fast. The owner was consistently slow to answer questions both pre-arrival and when we had an emergency on the last day of our stay, but eventually emailed me back so all worked out well.
