This beautiful two-level apartment is in a classic brownstone, right in the heart of Washington, DC and perfect for families, business travelers, or individuals. Fully equipped with key amenities, it's within walking distance of DC landmarks and public transportation. Spanning 2,200 square feet, the apartment offers cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a backyard with a grill and seating area for your enjoyment.
A Safeway grocery store is located five blocks away, and you’ll find plenty of restaurants and local cafĂ©s nearby. A private parking lot is available just four blocks away at the intersection of New York Avenue and 5th Street. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on Kirby Street or N Street. For destinations beyond walking distance, we recommend using the metro or ride-hailing services such as Uber, Lyft, or taxis.

The host, Patrick, was very proactive in communicating and very flexible in accommodating our need to use the patio for a 60th birthday celebration. Location was also wonderful as easy parking and access to a lot of neat places near the house. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property with rapid communication with owner throughout our 9 day visit. Rooms were spacious, very clean and well appointed. Walkable to all sight-seeing

Great location and ease of access to all the DC sites. Comfortable walk to Metro - and we ended up walking to almost everything. Great restaurants within walking as well. Host is easy to contact and accessible. Highly recommend!

Great home for a group

I stayed here with work colleagues for a conference at the convention center. There was plenty of room for us and we all enjoyed the accommodations. The location is safe and convenient and Patrick is a great host.

Had a great stay in DC. The owner was very communicative and the many clean well-separated rooms were great for our purposes. Had a few repair issues (towel hooks were falling down) but nothing that impacted our enjoyment.

Wonderful stay in Washington DC

This apartment was a great base for our family of 6 to stay in Washington DC. We were comfortable with all the space and bedrooms. It was within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. Patrick was very easy to get ahold of and was helpful during checki n and check out. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Amazing time

The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Restaurants are a short uber away. Patrick was very responsive to messages and provided excellent support before the trip. Would definitely stay there again next time traveling into the DC.

Time with the girls

The location was perfect to access specific tours and Union Station. Easy car share pickup. There was plenty of room and any time we needed to communicate with the host the response was quick.
