This beautiful two-level apartment is in a classic brownstone, right in the heart of Washington, DC and perfect for families, business travelers, or individuals. Fully equipped with key amenities, it's within walking distance of DC landmarks and public transportation. Spanning 2,200 square feet, the apartment offers cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a backyard with a grill and seating area for your enjoyment.
A Safeway grocery store is located five blocks away, and you’ll find plenty of restaurants and local cafés nearby. A private parking lot is available just four blocks away at the intersection of New York Avenue and 5th Street. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on Kirby Street or N Street. For destinations beyond walking distance, we recommend using the metro or ride-hailing services such as Uber, Lyft, or taxis.

Our host, Patrick, went above and beyond for our stay. This was a wonderful house for a family to stay in to celebrate a college graduation in Washington. Patrick was very available to assist us. Some friends and I rented this place for our March Madness trip, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Only about 15 minute walk to Capital One Arena, tons of restaurants around, and felt very safe, though you should be prepared for a little noise being on a main road. Host was very communicative, made sure we were good throughout the stay, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable city stay in DC!

We recently met in DC for a small family gathering and stayed at this property for 4 nights. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The property was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Good location for seeing the sights. However it is not close to a Metro station and street parking is at least a block away. It is located on a very busy street and traffic noise can be an issue, if you’re a light sleeper use a bedroom in the back of the property. We had a problem with one of showers on day one, but the host was very responsive and it was fixed the next day. Overall it was a great property especially for a larger group.

The host, Patrick, was very proactive in communicating and very flexible in accommodating our need to use the patio for a 60th birthday celebration. Location was also wonderful as easy parking and access to a lot of neat places near the house. Highly recommend!
