Super cozy and beautiful house !! big yard with a big deck perfect for summers days!! Every single person will have their private bedroom! No one sleeping on air beds ! ... 3 full bathrooms !! We had our wedding at Pine Grove country club and stayed at this great house in Iron Mountain with some of our wedding party and had a wonderful time! We enjoyed the hot tub and listening to tunes in the kitchen while we enjoyed each other’s company.

Nice Property

Place was nice, 3 bedrooms up and a couple more downstairs. I may have missed something but didn't find out until after we got there that the basement bedrooms were only available for groups of 7 or more so one of our group of 4 had to sleep on a couch upstairs. Also, pictures show televisions in bedrooms, but there is only one TV in the upstairs living area. Host was very good about responding to requests, Would've been great to have a 4th bedroom. If the listing says the place sleeps twelve, you should be a little more transparent.

Summer Week Vacation

Great relaxing family vacation back in the UP. We have family in the IM area, it was a great week of relaxation. This house was very spacious for are family of 3. Very comfortable space to be our hub for activities around the area. Very nice kitchen and living space for our family to socialize and provide space for us to visit with family and friends. Absolutely no troubles, but if we would have the host (Denisse) was responsive with communications. Daughter and I loved the hot tub. We were able to have the house and kitchen to purchase our own groceries so as to not have to pay for eating out each day. Bathrooms and laundry capability made the stay very easy and comfortable.

WOW!!!!!

My family and I came here to this VRBO for my brother's wedding, and all I can say is, WOW! The property is emaculate, the neighborhood is amazing and safe, and the location is absolutely UNREAL! The hostess is also absolutely A-MA-ZING! Any questions we had were answered in such a timely manner and she was INCREDIBLY gracious to our particular needs! We'll be back up to see family in the future, and I hope to all hope that this VRBO is still around when we do! 10/10 experience, I 100% recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to explore beautiful Iron Mountain!

Lots of space for the kiddos and pup to run around and play.

Nice, very spacious home, in a quiet and lovely wooded neighborhood. Our kids really enjoyed that there was a playset as well as toys in the home for them to enjoy while we were there. My husband and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub under the stars. It was very clean and there were plenty of cozy throws and pillows throughout for a comfy stay. The owner, Denisse was extremely prompt with answering any of our questions before and during our stay. Thank you, Denisse!

We stayed here with our family and had a great experience. The owner responds quickly to any of our questions and the location could not have been better. We will definitely stay there again.

Super Responsive

Great house for a ski weekend! Owner was very responsive and accommodating! Offered to come do the drive-way if it was too icy. Allowed us to stay an extra hour to pack up all of our ski gear. Would definitely stay again!

Vacation with family

Our stay was amazing! Denisse made sure we had everything we needed and she was available if we had questions. This house is beautiful and has lots of room. This is our second time staying here. We was there with family back in April it was a great stay then too! Thank you Denisse!!!

Fantastic location

We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and a dog at the property for a long weekend traveling for a family reunion. The location was great, neighborhood quiet and 8 minutes away from everything. Plenty of outdoor and indoor space for groups to gather or find somewhere to hide, which is ideal. The owner was very accessible which i have found is hugely important. Good for renters to know there are 2 bedrooms in the basement and one bedroom on the main floor has a sectional with TV and is set up like a den. It does seem like the owners use this property more than others we have stayed in recently that have been managed by companies but it also means it was better stocked! I would return and recommend to others.

Property is NOT clean

I have stayed in many many rental properties and have never experienced anything like this. It feels as if you’re walking into someone’s home after they quickly left for the weekend. The home was not clean- floors were dirty, carpets stained and look absolutely filthy. Home smelled and there were not screens in most windows, so it was impossible to get fresh air without the bugs. Basement bathroom vanity lighting had 1 lightbulb and rest were dead, so lighting was too poor to even use the bathroom- not that we would have because it was also dirty. Refrigerator was dirty, walls were dirty, showers had loofah and products from what is presumed to be regular residents. Bath rugs were visibly dirty. Turf on deck smelled like urine. Owner provided no sign-in or sign-out information. Car in the driveway when we arrived was gone one evening when we returned, which was an odd feeling that someone was at the property while we were there. I would not recommend this rental property- quite confused about the prior reviews.

Amazing spot for golfers!

Very clean spot and beautiful house with lots of room. Very close to Timberstone and Pine Grove. Hot and patio deck was a very surprising bonus. Property owner was great to deal with. Highly recommend, we will be back.

Great time loved it!!!

Denise was a very kind and welcoming host, she always assured us that she was only a text away, she was great when we got hit with the snow storm. She responded immediately and it was great to know! I will be recommending this rental to friends and family.

Family, Christmas Stay

This is a beautiful house! I was able to gather all of my family together for Christmas!!! The house was big enough for everybody to have their own space! Right near the ski lodge! The host was amazing was on top of everything. We had a question answered immediately. Everybody in my family was extremely happy when they left from my family Christmas, including my mother, which is just an amazing wonderful thing! My family and I enjoyed this house and the host immensely and we are already looking forward to renting it again next year!!!

Great spot for us

We were in the area to play a few of the golf courses, and this house was a great spot for us. Very clean and convenient location not too far from anything. I would gladly stay here again, and the communication was nearly immediate with the owner.

My family and I stayed here (9 total) and there was room for all of us to sleep and to find our own spaces during the day. Communication with the home owner was awesome and we would look to stay here in the future.

Lots of room for visiting with friends

Friends from 3 states met to visit another friend who had a cottage on nearby lake. Everyone had adequate room and privacy as needed. We did not use many kitchen amenities so can’t really speak to them other then we had plenty of room to “congregate” before going to the lake. The host was super prompt in any communication.
