The indoor living spaces include a Living Room with vaulted ceiling, second-floor loft balcony, fireplace with built-ins, and sliding glass doors out to the bluestone patio with pergola. There is a large open Dining Area and Gourmet Kitchen, which are framed on one side by a wall of glass doors that open to the patio and screened porch for outdoor dining and entertaining. The fully-equipped Chef Kitchen features center prep island, breakfast bar/prep counter, marble counters, casual dining area, and commercial stainless appliances.

The first floor Primary Bedroom suite features a deluxe Primary Bath with double marble vanity, glass walk-in shower, and soaking tub. There is also a Den/Sleeping Area off the Living Room, with French doors for privacy. The other two Bedrooms -- both with en suite baths -- are located on the second floor. The open loft area that connects the two bedrooms has a Lounge Area with sectional seating and TV.

The 27x18-foot heated gunite pool is a "sports style" pool, that is three feet deep at each end and six feet in the middle. It is heated to 81-degrees in July and August. There are sun loungers and an umbrella at one end of the pool. The bike path is nearby and South Beach is less than a mile away.
