Welcome to The Silverbirch Escape — your luxurious home away from home in beautiful Waukee. Key Features: 8 total beds (3 queen beds, 1 trundle, 1 queen pull out couch and 2 XL twin roll out beds downstairs, 1 air mattress): Each room is thoughtfully decorated with modern furnishings, plush bedding, and ample storage space.

4 Bathrooms (1 tub shower and 1 shower): Enjoy the luxury of four full bathrooms, each equipped with all the essentials (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion, Makeup Remover, Cotton Swabs..etc)

Family Friendly: The home is equipped with family-friendly amenities including a pack and play, high chair, and kids’ toys to keep your little ones entertained. We also have lots of family friendly games: Pac Man Arcade, connect 4, adult and kids board games.

Modern Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen featuring higher end appliances, sleek countertops, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals (Coffee, Tea, Seasonings, Oil, Pots, Pans, Bowls

GREAT!

Our stay was great- communication with the host was great- instructions /entry was all smooth. The kitchen was stocked with all the items that we needed. had a great playing area in the basement for kids. We will definitely be back.

We had an excellent stay at this home! It was incredibly accommodating for our family — they truly thought of everything. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the extra touches made all the difference. There was a pack-n-play, toys, and lots of room for the kids to play, which made traveling with little ones so much easier.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we appreciated how clean, organized, and comfortable the entire home felt. It’s clear the hosts take great care of the property and really want guests to enjoy their stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to any family looking for a comfortable, kid-friendly place!

The house is beautiful and very clean. The kids loved the games in the basement and had a great time playing with them. There was enough beds for us to sleep. That being said if you are going to cook, you will need to bring measuring cups and spoons it is not fully stocked. However it does have things it just may not have everything you need. The mattress in the master bedroom is too soft, we were falling to the middle. My husband ended up sleeping on the bed that pulls out; it was much firmer. One of the roll out beds had the same issue, the mattress was not very firm. This may not be an issue for some people. Please understand the house is very beautiful in a quiet neighborhood; close to stores. We would stay here again.
