This trendy, newly remodeled 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is complete with a bar & bar stools, plush memory foam mattress, back-porch, outdoor furniture, grill, and plenty of other amenities. Nice Quiet Modern Home

This was a nice, modern, clean, and quiet place—perfect for a getaway with my husband. The owners responded immediately to all my questions and were very accommodating. The home was well-stocked with everything we needed, including plates, pots, utensils, soap, and garbage bags.

Great remodeled place that was in the perfect location between 75 and tamiami (41). Loved the decor and thoughtfulness of the design. The patio is AWESOME!

Lovely renovated apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this tiny jewel. Everything was just as described, lovely full kitchen, fully stocked. The only thing worth mentioning is that it has low ceilings and doorways, my husband is exceptionally tall, 6’6 so he was not as comfortable as Inwas. But for normal height people it is very comfortable.

Great getaway.

Great place for a couple to stay near Siesta Key beach at reasonable price Convenient to walk to yummy breakfast place. Very clean, modern and comfortable. A little street noisy when sitting outside but surprisingly quiet at night to sleep. Outside area is private - in the back, fence blocking street. Would stay again.

Great Vacation Home

Very clean! The place you can tell is newly renovated, beautiful. The location is good, 15-20 minute drive to the local beaches. The neighborhood is good as well. I would stay again. I spoke to the property owner, very responsive and helpful.
